Ejecutivo declara en emergencia al Sector Turismo medida apunta a mitigar crisis en empresas y trabajadores del sector a nivel nacional.

Sánchez destacó: “este es el resultado del trabajo coordinado entre el Gobierno Nacional y el sector privado, a través de la Mesa Ejecutiva para el Desarrollo del Sector Turismo, que es un importante espacio de articulación liderado por el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo. Priorizaremos medidas urgentes de carácter financiero y económico que beneficien a los emprendedores turísticos de todo el país, dinamizaremos las inversiones público-privadas en turismo y fortaleceremos las acciones de facilitación y promoción turística”.

El titular del Mincetur también afirmó: “El Gobierno liderado por el presidente Pedro Castillo ha asumido un real compromiso para reactivar el sector turismo en todo el país, duramente afectado por la pandemia de la Covid-19”.

MEDIDAS
El Decreto Supremo señala: “Declárese en emergencia el sector turismo a nivel nacional hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2022, debido a los efectos generados por la Covid-19”.

Asimismo, indica: “El Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo aprueba mediante Resolución Ministerial, el Plan de Emergencia del Sector Turismo en un plazo de quince (15) días hábiles contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación del presente Decreto Supremo en el diario oficial “El Peruano”.

“El Plan de Emergencia del Sector Turismo tiene por objetivo establecer las medidas sectoriales para mitigar la grave crisis que atraviesa el turismo como consecuencia de la Covid-19, así como proponer y sustentar diferentes normas, ante las instancias competentes, sobre la base de las siguientes líneas de acción: medidas de rescate financiero, de apoyo económico, de facilitación turística, de fomento a la inversión en turismo y de promoción turística”, resalta en el artículo 3.

Por lo tanto, refiere: “El Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, será responsable del seguimiento y evaluación de las medidas contenidas en el Plan de Emergencia, con la coordinación de la Mesa Ejecutiva para el Desarrollo Turístico, creada mediante RM N°307-2018-EF/10”.

MEASURES
The Supreme Decree states: “Declare the tourism sector in emergency at the national level until December 31, 2022, due to the effects generated by Covid-19”.

Likewise, it indicates: “The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism approves by Ministerial Resolution, the Emergency Plan for the Tourism Sector within a period of fifteen (15) business days counted from the day following the publication of this Supreme Decree in the newspaper official “The Peruvian”.

“The Emergency Plan for the Tourism Sector aims to establish sectoral measures to mitigate the serious crisis that tourism is going through as a result of Covid-19, as well as to propose and support different regulations, before the competent authorities, based on the following lines of action: financial rescue measures, economic support, tourism facilitation, promotion of investment in tourism and tourism promotion”, highlights in article 3.

Therefore, it states: “The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the measures contained in the Emergency Plan, with the coordination of the Executive Board for Tourism Development, created by RM No. 307- 2018-EF/10”.
