Jimy Silva Mena, Alcalde Provincial de Tumbes, presidente de la Asociación de Alcaldes de la Región Tumbes y presidente de la Asociación Binacional de Municipalidades del Sur del Ecuador y Norte del Perú (Abimsenop), dialogó con la multiplataforma informativa de la Agencia Peruana de Noticias PrensaPerú.pe luego de cumplir dos días de intensa agenda de trabajo con diversos portafolios ministeriales y organismos del país, culminando la misma con una reunión con el primer mandatario peruano Pedro Castillo Terrones.

Recibimos el Premio Nacional “sello municipal incluir para crecer, gestión local para las personas, como reconocimiento del Estado a los Gobiernos Locales que han cumplido eficazmente con los indicadores que contribuyen a la mejora de los servicios públicos orientados a ciudadanos y ciudadanas en sus respectivas localidades, confesó la autoridad municipal.

En sus rede sociales Silva Mena indicó que compartia con todo su equipo de funcionarios y trabajadores de su municipio, este premio logrado, en mérito al fortalecimiento del desarrollo social de nuestra provincia de Tumbes, siendo el resultado del trabajo de todo el equipo municipal. Es un gran logro que, de 1894 municipalidades a nivel nacional, 557 hemos alcanzado la meta; esto fortalece nuestro compromiso de seguir trabajando por lograr los objetivos en beneficio de muestra población, recalcó.

PROVÍAS DESCENTRALIZADO

En ese orden de ideas se coordinó realizar un convenio interinstitucional con la MPT, teniendo en cuenta que se quiere fortalecer esta unidad en nuestra región, obteniendo un espacio para su funcionamiento y de esta manera se puedan atender con mayor eficiencia las demandas.

AUTORIDAD PARA LA RECONSTRUCCIÓN CON CAMBIOS
De otro lado Jimy Silva Mena mantuvo una reunión con la Dra. Amalia Moreno, directora ejecutiva de la Autoridad para la Reconstrucción con Cambios, para gestionar se priorice el presupuesto para la intervención denominada Reconstrucción Tramo 1-16 Av. Mariano Santos, Cuadra 01 (AA. HH. El Bosque), la cual ya cuenta con carpeta de financiamiento aprobada, así mismo para priorizar la evaluación de la carpeta de financiamiento de la intervención Reconstrucción de la Avenida Víctor Raúl Haya De la Torre del AA.HH. Ampliación 24 de Julio; ambas intervenciones a espera de presupuesto.

Además coordinamos realizar una mesa de trabajo que permita la aprobación de la parte técnica de las intervenciones denominadas REHABILITACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DE SANEAMIENTO BASICO EN EL SECTOR EL PROGRESO Y REHABILITACION DEL SERVICIO DE SANEAMIENTO BASICO DEL SECTOR NORESTE CENTRO POBLADO DE PAMPA GRANDE .

GESTIONES EN OTASS
En otro momento Silva Mena, puntualizó meridianamente con se mantuvo reuniones de trabajo con el director ejecutivo de OTASS Héctor Barreda Domínguez y su equipo técnico para tratar temas como:

Los procesos de selección con el objetivo de adquirir bombas y/o electrobombas que permitan que la planta de agua El Milagro de nuestra provincia pueda brindar un servicio con mayor eficiencia, y de esta manera pueda llegar el agua a las zonas altas de Tumbes. Cabe resaltar que esta adquisición también beneficiará a las otras provincias.

De la misma forma confirmó que se vienen reforzando las coordinaciones realizadas en la gerencia de OTASS- Tumbes para la firma de convenio, lo cual permitirá seguir abasteciendo los tanques de 10 mil litros de agua que están colocados en distintos Asentamientos Humanos, en dónde cada tanque provee agua a 100 familias aproximadamente de cada zona; además de ello buscamos que se pueda abastecer a otros 14 tanques más que se empezarán a instalar.

Finalmente, Jimy Silva Mena, sostuvo que también logrado coordinar para que se pueda abastecer de agua la cisterna que la Municipalidad está adquiriendo, con el objetivo de llevar el líquido elemento a las distintas zonas de la ciudad de Tumbes que no cuentan con este servicio, por otro lado también hemos gestionado que se habilite otro hidrojet que permita paliar los aniegos que se presentan en los distintos sectores, como consecuencia del deterioro de hace 20 años de las redes de asbesto y cemento, las mismas que con los distintos proyectos que estamos ejecutando, poco a poco las iremos cambiando, concluyó.
