El objetivo de este encuentro es descentralizar y articular el trabajo del Ejecutivo al interior de las regiones del país, para abordar “in situ” junto a la población y sus autoridades regionales y locales la Agenda de Desarrollo Territorial del Valle de los Ríos Apurímac, Ene y Mantaro (Vraem), que permitirá buscar soluciones al cierre de brechas de desigualdad, usando como mecanismo el diálogo.
De acuerdo a la agenda oficial, la sesión se inicia desde las 09:00 horas y estarán presentes los gobernadores regionales de Ayacucho; Carlos Rúa; de Apurímac, Baltazar Lantaron; de Cusco, Jean Paul Benavente; de Huancavelica, Maciste Díaz; y de Junín, Fernando Orihuela.
También estará el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Aníbal Torres; y ministros de Estado; así como alcaldes distritales de Andahuaylas y de Chincheros (Apurímac), de Huanta y de La Mar (Ayacucho), de La Convención (Cusco), de Churcampa y de Tayacaja (Huancavelica), Llochegua además de representantes de las comunidades nativas y de organizaciones sociales.
El evento inicia con el alcalde de la Municipalidad de Samugari Abraham Vila, prosigue la intervención del representante de la Organización Asháninka del Río Apurímac; las organizaciones sociales y nativas, alcaldes distritales, y funcionarios del Ejecutivo.
