Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE Twitter: @prensaperupe Con el objetivo de ampliar su red de contactos, cristalizar negocios con los principales keyplayers de Asia y diversificar sus mercados en esa parte del mundo, un grupo de empresas de la Asociación de Exportadores (ADEX), participará en la feria Thaifex: Anuga Asia, a llevarse a cabo del 24 al 28 de mayo próximo en el Impact Muang Thong Thani de Bangkok, Tailandia.
En ese encuentro comercial –el más importante del sudeste asiático–, participarán con una variada oferta de alimentos Interamsa Agroindustrial, American Fruits Export, Aliex, Aicasa, Danper, Gandules, White Lion y la Asociación de Procesadores y Exportadores de Nuez Amazónica (Apexa).
El portafolio constará de nueces amazónicas, así como harina y aceite del mismo fruto seco; también salsas y cremas tradicionales de mesa, quinua, espárragos verdes y blancos, alcachofas, palta hass, conservas de vegetales (pimientos jalapeños y lágrima), conservas de frutas (mango, piña, aguaymanto y mandarina), entre otros.
En opinión de la gerenta de Agroexportaciones del gremio, Susana Yturry Farge, a raíz de la pandemia más personas en el mundo se sumaron a la tendencia por el consumo de productos de calidad, que aportan a la nutrición, lo cual ayuda a dinamizar la demanda.
“Gracias al trabajo conjunto de la Embajada del Perú en Tailandia, OCEX BangKok, PromPerú y ADEX, nuestro país podrá ser representado por 8 empresas exportadoras en el Pabellón Perú, donde tendrán la oportunidad de mostrar su cartera a compradores extranjeros, especialmente a asiáticos. Contarán con asesoría especializada por parte del gremio, antes, durante y después del certamen”, dijo.
AGROEXPORTACIONES
En el 2021 Perú despachó a Tailandia productos del sector agroindustrial por US$ 11 millones 240 mil, 5.9% más respecto al 2020 (US$ 10 millones 617 mil). Los principales fueron las uvas, paltas y arándanos con US$ 3 millones 914 mil, US$ 2 millón 566 mil y US$ 2 millones 453 mil, de forma respectiva.
Por montos menores se exportaron mucílagos de semilla de tara, quinua, semillas y frutos oleaginosos, demás frutas y otros frutos sin cocer y tara en polvo, entre otros.

Se debe indicar que en el primer bimestre del año exportaron a Tailandia un total de 73 empresas, 1 menos respecto al mismo periodo del 2021.

AGROEXPORTS
In 2021, Peru shipped products from the agribusiness sector to Thailand for US$11,240,000, 5.9% more than in 2020 (US$10,617,000). The main ones were grapes, avocados and blueberries with US$3,914,000, US$2,566,000 and US$2,453,000, respectively.
