Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe La Sala Plena de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, máximo órgano de deliberación del Poder Judicial que preside la jueza suprema Elvia Barrios Alvarado, aprobó la presentación de un proyecto de ley que propone autorizar al Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF) realizar un estudio de los ingresos del personal jurisdiccional y administrativo del Poder Judicial.

Esto con el propósito de concretar el incremento de las remuneraciones de los servidores/as judiciales que están congeladas desde hace unos años.

Asimismo, el Pleno de los jueces y juezas supremos/as acordó remitir al Consejo Ejecutivo del Poder Judicial, órgano de gobierno judicial, otros dos proyectos de ley para la ampliación de su debate, con participación de las organizaciones sindicales y mejorar su redacción.

Una de estas iniciativas legislativas propone la modificatoria del artículo 4 de la Ley N.º 31131 y permitir el incremento de la contraprestación económica de los trabajadores/as CAS del Poder Judicial.

El otro proyecto precisa el régimen laboral de los trabajadores/as del Poder Judicial y los comprende dentro del Decreto Legislativo N.° 728, régimen laboral de la actividad privada.

La jefa del Gabinete de Asesores de la Presidencia del Poder Judicial, Silvia Loli Espinoza, tuvo a su cargo la sustentación del informe emitido por su despacho en relación con los proyectos de ley en referencia.

Previamente, a los acuerdos de la Sala Plena, Barrios Alvarado sostuvo una reunión con los representantes de la Federación Nacional de Trabajadores del Poder Judicial (FNTPJ), a fin de dialogar respecto a la ejecución de los acuerdos adoptados en la Mesa de Trabajo Paritaria, entre las organizaciones sindicales y los funcionarios del Poder Judicial.

Por el lado de la referida Federación participó el secretario general Gino Elver Saldaña Calderón y 19 representantes de los sindicatos afiliados, mientras que por el Poder Judicial, estuvo la presidenta Elvia Barrios Alvarado, la jefa de Gabinete de Asesores, Silvia Loli Espinoza, y la gerenta de Recursos Humanos, Delia Inés Rosario Mejía Sandoval.
