En ese sentido, destacó el alcance del Plan Multisectorial ante Heladas y Friaje 2022-2024, que prioriza a Pasco y a otras nueve regiones con el fin de proteger la integridad física de toda la población ante estos fenómenos.

Durante la clausura del XI Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado, desarrollado en la región Pasco, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, junto al presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo Terrones, detalló que esta iniciativa cuenta con un presupuesto de más de un millón de soles.

“Se ha dictado el Decreto Supremo 047-2022-PCM del 6 de mayo, que establece el Plan Multisectorial ante Heladas y Friaje 2022-2024, en el cual priorizamos a Pasco, Ucayali, Junín, Puno, Cusco, San Martín, Loreto, Huánuco, Ayacucho y Huancavelica. Solo en el presente año se ha destinado más de un millón de soles para proteger la integridad física de la población y de sus medios de vida”, precisó el premier.

Asimismo, manifestó que con esta acción se busca reducir la vulnerabilidad de más de dos millones de personas frente a las heladas y friaje, mediante la articulación del Gobierno nacional y la implementación de estrategias orientadas a minimizar el riesgo en las diez regiones priorizadas.

“En esa línea, 10 ministerios estarán a cargo de ejecutar intervenciones en 9 580 centros poblados de 537 distritos del país que se encuentran en riesgo alto y muy alto ante las heladas y friaje. Hacemos un llamado a los gobiernos locales y regionales para trabajar en favor de nuestros hermanos que lo necesitan. Juntos venceremos al frío”, exhortó.

Entre otros temas, el premier señaló también la necesidad de que los distintos niveles de gobierno se preocupen por la gestión del gasto, a través de la adecuada ejecución del presupuesto. Adicionalmente, mencionó la importancia de mejorar los servicios de educación y educación, así como dar impulso a la agricultura.

“El Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado contribuye a fortalecer el diálogo por el desarrollo de Pasco y ha permitido escuchar directamente de cada uno de ustedes, autoridades, lideresas y líderes sociales de Pasco, las principales y más urgentes demandas de la población”, sostuvo Aníbal Torres al dirigirse a las autoridades y dirigentes que participaron de esta sesión descentralizada.

Para este encuentro, se congregaron en el coliseo municipal de Chaupimarca los ministros de Relaciones Exteriores; Defensa; Economía y Finanzas; Interior; Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Salud; Desarrollo Agrario y Riego; Educación; Producción; Energía y Minas; Transportes y Comunicaciones; Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento; Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, y Cultura.

El alcalde provincial de Pasco, Marco Antonio de la Cruz, así como el gobernador regional de Pasco, Pedro Ubaldo Polinar, también tomaron la palabra. Hicieron lo propio los congresistas Freddy Díaz y Pasión Dávila, así como representantes de la sociedad civil.

“In this line, 10 ministries will be in charge of executing interventions in 9,580 population centers of 537 districts of the country that are at high and very high risk from frost and cold. Among other issues, the premier also pointed out the need for the different levels of government to be concerned with spending management, through the proper execution of the budget. Additionally, he mentioned the importance of improving education and education services, as well as promoting agriculture.
