“Presentaremos un proyecto de ley para que los delincuentes que arranchan la cartera y mantienen en zozobra a la población, se mantengan y coman con el sudor de su frente, que empiecen a trabajar”, subrayó.

Para este cambio normativo es necesario un trabajo conjunto con el Parlamento, refirió el mandatario desde Cerro de Pasco, donde encabezó el XI del Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado, junto al presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Aníbal Torres, y ministros de Estado.

En ese marco, reiteró también su llamado al Congreso para que priorice los más de 30 proyectos de ley que presentó el Ejecutivo, como la iniciativa para la masificación del gas natural, para el control de las motocicletas, para la incorporación de una cláusula anticorrupción en los contratos del Estado, entre otros.

“Estoy seguro que los congresistas de Pasco van a levantar su voz para que se agenden”, aseveró.

CONTINUARÁN CONSEJOS DESCENTRALIZADOS
De otro lado, el jefe de Estado indicó que el gobierno seguirá desarrollando sesiones de consejo de ministros descentralizado, a fin de trabajar en una agenda que permita el desarrollo de las regiones.

Sostuvo que estos espacios de diálogo permiten al Ejecutivo identificar los puntos críticos para atender las obras que espera la población, al mismo tiempo hizo un llamado a que los empresarios inviertan sin temor en el país.

Reafirmó también su compromiso con el diálogo y pidió a los alcaldes de la región Pasco y otras regiones que hagan las obras con transparencia y sin robar un sol.” Estamos haciendo las sesiones de consejo de ministros descentralizado para atender las necesidades de las regiones más alejadas ” destacó.

“Ni la altura de esta hermosa región, podrá mellar la voluntad de trabajar con transparencia, de cara al pueblo y de lado de los alcaldes y gobernadores regionales”, indicó.

Finalmente, instó a que los ministros de cada sector atiendan no solo a los alcaldes sino también a los centros poblados y dirigentes, para ver las necesidades urgentes de las regiones.
