“La población de Huancavelica pide salud, educación, agua y desagüe (…) Eso es lo que quieren los peruanos en todo el Perú que recorremos”, dijo en su alocución.

Con estas palabras Alva Prieto, quien lucía un traje típico de la zona y fue recibida entre bailes y danzas costumbristas, cerró su visita de trabajo en Huancavelica, específicamente en el Centro Poblado de Lecclespampa, ubicado en distrito Rosario, provincia de Acobamba, hasta donde llegó para escuchar las necesidades de sus autoridades y pobladores.

Alva Prieto pudo comprobar que una de las demandas más recurrente en esa parte del centro del país es la falta del servicio de agua potable.

“No es posible que en pleno siglo 21 los peruanos no tengan agua. Ojalá nos escuche el Ejecutivo. Nosotros vamos a hacer las gestiones, pero la decisión política, el presupuesto y quien lo puede hacer es el Ejecutivo”, precisó.

En ese marco, Alva Prieto también presentó la autógrafa de ley sobre la ley que declara de interés nacional la ejecución del proyecto de mejoramiento del servicio de agua potable y de los sistemas sanitarios para las localidades de los distritos de Acobamba, Pomacocha, Caja y Marcas de la mancomunidad municipal de Qapaq Ñan, Acobamba – Huancavelica”, que espera ser promulgada por el Poder Ejecutivo.

De igual forma, presentó la Ley nro. 31462, Ley que declara de interés público y necesidad nacional la creación del servicio de riego en los distritos de Acobamba, Pomacocha y Caja de la provincia de Acobamba.

Ambos proyectos de ley surgieron a iniciativa del legislador Wilson Soto (AP), natural de Lecclespampa, quien también se hizo presente en esta jornada de acercamiento a la población huancavelicana.

El parlamentario señaló que el 80 % de acobambinos se dedica a la agricultura y por eso ha impulsado una serie de proyectos de ley, algunos de ellos ya son leyes, orientados al fortalecimiento del agro.

“El Congreso está con los campesinos, con los agricultores. Mi padre es agricultor y conozco de cerca las necesidades”, dijo.

También solicitó al Estado cumplir con sus promesas y dote de agua para esta parte de la población que por más de 70 años carece de este líquido elemental.

Soto Palacios anunció que presentará un proyecto de ley para la masificación de la energía eléctrica trifásica que beneficiará a los huancavelicanos que son productores de este insumo.

Previamente, los alcaldes de Acobamba, del distrito de Rosario y del Centro Poblado de Lecclespampa agradecieron la presencia de la titular del Congreso y expresaron todo su apoyo a la defensa de la democracia.

Al mismo tiempo, demandaron la ejecución de proyectos que beneficien a la población de esa parte del país. Indicaron que las propuestas presentadas ayudarán a mejorar su calidad de vida.
