“Estamos es un momento clave para hacer los cambios que anhelan los peruanos. Por ello, anunció que próximamente conformaremos un equipo técnico que trabajará en la reforma del sistema nacional de pensiones que permitirá a más trabajadores acceder a una jubilación justa”, manifestó desde Palacio de Gobierno.
El mandatario dio este anuncio tras firmar la autógrafa de ley que faculta a los trabajadores afiliados a una AFP a retirar hasta 18,400 soles (4 UIT) de sus fondos previsionales.
“La decisión de promulgar la norma se ha tomado tras realizar un análisis técnico y exhaustivo. Me enorgullece ser el primer presidente constitucionalmente elegido que estampa su firma en este beneficio para mis hermanas y hermanos peruanos. Este gobierno se debe al pueblo y no a otros intereses”, destacó.
“Consideramos que esta decisión significará un importante beneficio para más de ocho millones de trabajadores que actualmente están afiliados a las AFP. Esperamos que en un plazo máximo de 15 días, los ciudadanos puedan presentar sus solicitudes para retirar parte de sus ahorros”, subrayó.
En otro momento, el jefe de Estado se dirigió a un sector de la sociedad que critica el retiro de fondos previsionales. “Al pueblo peruano les digo que no tengan miedo, estén tranquilos porque mi gobierno trabaja en diferentes sectores para impulsar los niveles de empleo en el país”, destacó.
En esa línea, aseguró que no se les puede negar a los trabajadores el derecho de usar su propio dinero. “No podemos negarle a ustedes el dinero de sus ahorros que fue obtenido con su trabajo, esfuerzo y sudor, por eso respaldamos esta ley para que los peruanos hagan uso de sus ahorros en estos momentos críticos”, remarcó.
Dijo, además, que esta decisión se suma a una serie de acciones que viene tomando el Poder Ejecutivo para mitigar los impactos negativos de la crisis económica mundial, como la exoneración del Impuesto Selectivo al Consumo (ISC) a los combustibles y el Impuesto General a las Ventas (IGV) a los productos de primera necesidad.
“Con esta decisión queremos aliviar la economía de miles de peruanos que tienen necesidades fundamentales que cubrir en salud, educación, alimentación; o tienen deudas y otras obligaciones por pagar”, señaló.
Finalmente, resaltó que cuando el Poder Ejecutivo y Poder Legislativo dejan de lados sus diferencias pueden impulsar normas que impacten positivamente en la calidad de vida de los peruanos.
“Hago un llamado a nuestros compatriotas, y especialmente a quienes tenemos responsabilidades en el Estado, para que más allá de las diferencias, trabajemos por la agenda país, dejemos atrás la confrontación, recuperemos la capacidad de diálogo y unamos fuerzas para construir un mejor futuro para todos los peruanos”, puntualizó.

At another time, the head of state addressed a sector of society that criticizes the withdrawal of pension funds. “I tell the Peruvian people not to be afraid, to be calm because my government is working in different sectors to boost employment levels in the country,” he stressed.
Along these lines, he assured that workers cannot be denied the right to use their own money. “We cannot deny you the money from your savings that was obtained with your work, effort and sweat, that is why we support this law so that Peruvians make use of their savings in these critical moments,” he remarked.
He also said that this decision is added to a series of actions that the Executive Branch has been taking to mitigate the negative impacts of the global economic crisis, such as the exemption of the Selective Consumption Tax (ISC) on fuels and the General Tax on Sales (IGV) to essential products.
“With this decision we want to relieve the economy of thousands of Peruvians who have fundamental needs to cover in health, education, food; or they have debts and other obligations to pay,” he said.
Finally, he stressed that when the Executive and Legislative Powers put aside their differences, they can promote regulations that have a positive impact on the quality of life of Peruvians.
“I call on our compatriots, and especially those of us who have responsibilities in the State, so that beyond our differences, we work for the country’s agenda, leave confrontation behind, recover the capacity for dialogue and join forces to build a better future. for all Peruvians”, he pointed out.
