La situación me obliga a quedarme en el país a atender los problemas que se han presentado”, enfatizó.
Agregó, que “la confrontación política se ha agudizado en estos últimos días, en medio de censuras, interpelaciones y posibles huelgas. Cada vez que las circunstancias lo ameriten, tomaré las mejores decisiones que favorezcan a la tranquilidad y seguridad del Perú “, enfatizó.
El mandatario, lamentó no asistir a la cita internacional, sin embargo, dijo que, considerando la envergadura y su impacto para el ámbito regional y global, así como el fortalecimiento de las relaciones bilaterales, dispuso hace unos días, que la primera vicepresidenta de la República, Dina Boluarte acuda en su representación del 21 al 27 de mayo.
La también ministra de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social liderará la delegación oficial integrada por el ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, César Landa y el ministro de Economía y Finanzas, Oscar Graham Yamahuchi.
“Auguro éxitos al trabajo de este equipo y estoy seguro que dejarán en alto el nombre del Perú, esperemos buenas noticias a su retorno”, subrayó el jefe de Estado.
Cabe precisar que mediante Resolución Suprema N° 142-2022- PCM del pasado 20 de mayo, se autorizó el viaje de la primera vicepresidenta Dina Boluarte a la Confederación Suiza; y se encargó su despacho al ministro de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Roberto Sánchez.
