“Evaluaremos adecuar el reglamento para que se les reconozca como defensores de la democracia, en el marco de la Ley N° 31291”, sostuvo ante centenares de integrantes de la Confederación de Licenciados de las Fuerzas Armadas que llegaron a Palacio de Gobierno de diferentes regiones del país.
Cabe precisar que la referida ley, aprobada en julio del 2021, modifica los alcances de la Ley N° 29031 e incorpora el reconocimiento, sin embargo a la fecha no se han acogido al mismo porque se requiere adecuar el reglamento.
Esta labor estará a cargo de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros y contará con la participación de los representantes de los licenciados de las FF.AA, según indicó el jefe de Estado.
Los excombatientes de la lucha contra el terrorismo que cuenten con parte de guerra y sean calificados como defensores de la democracia podrán ser incorporados en la Ley N° 31177, que les permitirá contar con los mismos beneficios de los licenciados de la denominada “Campaña Militar de 1941”.
De otro lado, el jefe de Estado aseveró que los ministros de Estado están en constante evaluación. ”Vamos a continuar haciendo más cambios, porque los ministros están en constante evaluación. El Gabinete se debe al pueblo”, subrayó.
