Durante la clausura del XIII Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado, realizado en esa región, sostuvo que se asignará un millón y medio de soles, a través del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones, para los estudios técnicos de esta anhelada vía.

“La inversión de la obra será 372 millones de soles y será aportado por el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones”, aseveró, al tiempo de señalar también que se evalúa el mecanismo para la construcción del mercado de Chachapoyas y la posibilidad de instalar una escuela de la policía en Bagua.

Asimismo, ratificó su compromiso con la reconstrucción de la fortaleza de Kuélap, cuyo muro se derrumbó el pasado 10 de abril debido a las intensas lluvias. Los trabajos en esta zona se encuentran en pleno proceso de ejecución, en el marco de la declaratoria de emergencia.

El mandatario aseguró también que seguirá trabajando de la mano con las autoridades regionales y locales, y ratificó que los consejos de ministros descentralizados son el espacio para que las autoridades y la población planteen sus preocupaciones que serán atendidas por el Ejecutivo.

“Esta es nuestra forma de trabajar, aunque digan que cuesta, no vamos a darles el gusto a la gente que distorsiona, que entorpece la gestión; por eso reafirmo el compromiso de seguir realizando el trabajo descentralizado con los ministerios”, refirió.

En ese marco, anunció que próximamente se realizarán consejos de ministros descentralizados en la región de Loreto, Áncash, Lima provincias, Lambayeque, Arequipa, Tacna, hasta completar todo el país.

“Con responsabilidad escuchamos a los alcaldes, gobernadores que nos traen la realidad viva, lo que nos dicen nuestros hermanos de las comunidades, los dirigentes, por eso una vez más insto a los ministerios para que abran las puertas y pongan a disposición de las autoridades a sus comisiones técnicas”, manifestó.

Likewise, he ratified his commitment to the reconstruction of the Kuelap fortress, whose wall collapsed on April 10 due to heavy rains. The works in this area are in the process of execution, within the framework of the declaration of emergency.

The president also assured that he will continue to work hand in hand with regional and local authorities, and confirmed that the decentralized councils of ministers are the space for the authorities and the population to raise their concerns that will be addressed by the Executive.

“This is our way of working, even if they say it’s hard, we’re not going to please people who distort, who hinder management; That is why I reaffirm the commitment to continue carrying out the decentralized work with the ministries”, he referred.

In this framework, he announced that decentralized councils of ministers will soon be held in the region of Loreto, Áncash, Lima provinces, Lambayeque, Arequipa, Tacna, until the entire country is completed.
