El encuentro lo encabezarán el presidente de la república, Pedro Castillo, y el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Aníbal Torres, y contará con la presencia de ministras y ministros de Estado.
El consejo contará con la participación del gobernador regional de Loreto, Elisbán Ochoa, los alcaldes provinciales y distritales de esta jurisdicción y representantes de la sociedad civil, con el objetivo de alcanzar consensos para priorizar acciones que garanticen el desarrollo territorial de Loreto y cerrar las brechas a favor de la ciudadanía.
La XIV sesión del Gabinete Ministerial se realizará en la Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, ubicada en calle Los Rosales S/N, San Juan Bautista.
Cabe precisar que los Consejos de Ministros Descentralizados se organizan a fin de promover el cierre de brechas sociales en distintos territorios del país, motivo por el cual a la fecha se han organizado trece ediciones de estos encuentros en donde el Estado, en sus tres niveles de gobierno, articula acciones de la mano con la ciudadanía.
Para la edición catorce se ha programado las intervenciones de los alcaldes provinciales de Alto Amazonas, Hugo Araujo; de Dátem del Marañón, Adelino Rivera; de Loreto, Giampaolo Rojas; de Maynas, Francisco Sanjurjo; de Putumayo, Humberto Fuentes; de Mariscal Ramón Castilla, Rodolfo Díaz; de Requena, Orlando Jakers y de Ucayali, Héctor Soto.
Asimismo, se contará con la presencia de los congresistas Juan Carlos Mori, Rosío Torres, Alberto Morante y Hitler Saavedra.
