“Este grupo de trabajo, de naturaleza temporal, que hemos instalado tiene por objeto contribuir a la solución de la problemática económica, energética, agraria, educativa, sanitaria y social de las municipalidades distritales del país”, manifestó el premier desde el Centro de Convención de Lima donde se desarrolló la reunión entre el Ejecutivo y los alcaldes.

El jefe del gabinete ministerial expresó su saludo a los distritos que representan los diferentes alcaldes de la AMUDIP, y reconoció el arduo trabajo de dichas autoridades, especialmente las que lideran los territorios donde se encuentran las poblaciones más olvidadas por el centralismo histórico de nuestro país.

“Reconozco la importantísima labor que realizan los alcaldes en sus respectivos distritos para canalizar y atender las necesidades más sentidas de la población. Debo decirles que, con su trabajo dedicado están contribuyendo a la mejora de la calidad de vida de la ciudadanía y son, al mismo tiempo, el pilar indiscutible de nuestra democracia y la gestión descentralizada”, comentó.

Torres Vásquez indicó que para que esta mesa técnica dé resultados, el Poder Ejecutivo se encargará del diseño y acompañamiento en la ejecución de una estrategia de intervención territorial. “He comprendido el enorme capital social y humano que tenemos en los rincones más alejados de nuestro país. Ustedes, los alcaldes, son las autoridades que están en la frontera del Estado, demostrando humildad, realismo, pragmatismo y un profundo amor por su pueblo”, agregó.

SUBGRUPOS DE TRABAJO
El primero, mencionó el premier, se dedicará a analizar la problemática social donde participarán los representantes de los ministerios de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social (Midis); de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (Midagri), de Educación (Minedu) y de Salud (Minsa), así como 12 representantes departamentales de la Asociación de Municipalidades Distritales del Perú.

Y el segundo subgrupo de trabajo, dijo, abordará la problemática de la falta de infraestructura adecuada en los distritos donde participan los representantes de los ministerios de Economía y Finanzas (MEF); de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento; de Energía y Minas (Minem), de Transportes y Comunicaciones (MTC), así como 12 representantes departamentales de la AMUDIP.

“Creemos firmemente que, mediante un trabajo articulado entre las autoridades de los diferentes niveles de gobierno, con un enfoque orientado a cerrar las brechas en los territorios más vulnerables del país, vamos a contribuir de manera efectiva al bienestar de todos los peruanos, y así encontrar las sendas del desarrollo del país”, puntualizó.

The head of the ministerial cabinet expressed his greetings to the districts represented by the different mayors of the AMUDIP, and recognized the hard work of said authorities, especially those who lead the territories where the populations most forgotten by the historical centralism of our country are located.

“I recognize the very important work carried out by the mayors in their respective districts to channel and attend to the most felt needs of the population. I must tell you that, with your dedicated work, you are contributing to improving the quality of life of citizens and are, at the same time, the indisputable pillar of our democracy and decentralized management”, he commented.

Torres Vásquez indicated that for this technical table to produce results, the Executive Power will be in charge of the design and support in the execution of a territorial intervention strategy. “I have understood the enormous social and human capital that we have in the farthest corners of our country. You, the mayors, are the authorities that are on the border of the State, demonstrating humility, realism, pragmatism and a deep love for your people,” he added.

WORK SUBGROUP
The first, mentioned the premier, will be dedicated to analyzing social problems where representatives of the Ministries of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis) will participate; of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri), of Education (Minedu) and of Health (Minsa), as well as 12 departmental representatives of the Association of District Municipalities of Peru.

And the second working subgroup, he said, will address the problem of the lack of adequate infrastructure in the districts where the representatives of the Ministries of Economy and Finance (MEF) participate; Housing, Construction and Sanitation; of Energy and Mines (Minem), of Transport and Communications (MTC), as well as 12 departmental representatives of the AMUDIP.

“We firmly believe that, through coordinated work between the authorities of the different levels of government, with an approach aimed at closing the gaps in the most vulnerable territories of the country, we are going to contribute effectively to the well-being of all Peruvians, and thus find the paths of the development of the country”, he pointed out.
