La reunión se efectuó el 08 de junio del presente. Entre los participantes estuvieron los representantes del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (MIDAGRI), el Servicio Nacional Forestal y de Fauna Silvestre (SERFOR), la Dirección de Prevención y Gestión de Conflictos Sociales (DGOP) y la Dirección de Rondas Campesinas (DRC) del Ministerio del Interior, así como, la Dirección Regional de Agricultura de Huánuco, la Central Única Nacional de Rondas Campesinas (CUNARC), Pumayacu y Honoria y, la Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios del Caserío San Juan de Pumayacu, así también, acudieron a la cita, los representantes de la empresa Refinca.
La reunión se ha desarrollado con la finalidad de resolver la controversia territorial que existe entre las localidades de Campo Verde en el departamento de Ucayali, Honoria en el departamento de Huánuco y la empresa Refinca, a fin de llegar a una pronta solución, cada parte indicó los estados de sus procesos de denuncias, luego de ello y, con el propósito de alejarse de la controversia que roba la paz y armonía de los pueblos, quedaron en que seguirían reuniéndose con la finalidad de fortalecer el diálogo entre las partes y llegar a posibles acuerdos.
Es preciso señalar que, uno de los acuerdos fue que los dirigentes de San Juan de Pumayacu y Honoria, realizarían la consulta pertinente para poder participar en un taller informativo o visita guiada, a fin de conocer las operaciones que desarrolla la empresa Refinca, en las zonas mencionadas líneas arriba.
Por su parte, la Central Única de Rondas Campesinas se reunirá en Campo Verde con las bases de Honoria y San Juan de Pumayacu, el próximo 10 de junio, con el fin de dialogar y ayudar a dar solución a la problemática territorial, de esa forma, instaurar la solidaridad, tolerancia y el respeto entre los actores.
Por su parte, la Secretaría de Gestión Social y Diálogo de la PCM, en harás de contribuir con la paz social de los pueblos, ha manifestado que siempre que requieran de la intervención del Estado, estarán al servicio de los pueblos de nuestra nación.
En ese orden de hechos también se efectuó en la víspera la reunión de trabajo para el seguimiento de los avances de los proyectos de inversión del sector Educación, en el marco de la Mesa de Diálogo para el Desarrollo del distrito de Llata. La reunión contó con la participación de representantes de la Dirección de Saneamiento Físico legal y Registro Inmobiliario (DISAFIL), de la Unidad Gerencial de Estudios y Obras (UGEO), la Dirección de Planificación Educativa (DIPLAN), la Municipalidad Provincial de Huamalíes, el Frente de Defensa y Desarrollo del Distrito de Llata, los alcaldes de los Centros Poblados de Llata, la Compañía Minera Antamina S.A. y la SGSD-PCM.
En la cita, los representantes del Ministerio de Educación informaron el avance de los proyectos de inversión de instituciones educativas de la zona, con la finalidad de mejorar el ejercicio de la educación en Llata. Las instituciones comprometidas con el mejoramiento son las IE N° 32411, IE N° 32432, IE N° 32431 e IE N° 32780.
Al término de la reunión, los participantes se comprometieron a continuar con el seguimiento respectivo, para el pronto funcionamiento de las instituciones educativas, que ayudarán a que los niños y jóvenes del distrito de Llata puedan enriquecer sus conocimientos y ser en un futuro próximo los actores sociales y profesionales que el Perú necesita para continuar con el desarrollo de nuestra Nación.
Por su parte, la Secretaría de Gestión Social y Diálogo de la PCM ha manifestado que éstas son obras que se desarrollarán en Llata, y permitirán ayudar a nuestros niños y jóvenes de los pueblos marginados, a salir de la pobreza y la pobreza extrema, por ende, trabajamos para permitir la inclusión de todos nuestros pueblos, así también, estamos ayudando en la modernización educacional y de infraestructura que tanto adolece nuestro país y, mediante ello, nuestros niños y jóvenes puedan acceder a un mejor servicio de educación, por tanto, contribuir a una mejor calidad de vida para los pueblos de nuestro país.
