Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El Poder Ejecutivo, mediante Decreto Supremo N° 068-2022-PCM, declaró “día no laborable” el lunes 13 de junio de 2022, debido a que es pertinente garantizar el orden interno y la seguridad ciudadana a nivel nacional en el marco del partido que la selección peruana de fútbol disputará en esa fecha con su similar de Australia, en busca de lograr su clasificación a la Copa Mundial de Fútbol Qatar 2022.

El decreto precisa que en el caso del sector público se trata de un día no laborable sujeto a compensación, mientras que en el sector privado los centros de trabajo podrán acogerse a lo dispuesto en esta norma previo acuerdo entre el empleador y los trabajadores.

Asimismo, se puntualiza que durante este día no laborable los titulares de las entidades del sector público tendrán que adoptar las medidas para asegurar la atención y provisión de aquellos servicios calificados como esenciales e indispensables para la sociedad como por ejemplo la salud, el registro de identificación, el control migratorio, la atención de emergencias, el suministro de agua y electricidad, el transporte público de pasajeros, la atención de la Policía Nacional y las Fuerzas Armadas, entre otros.

En ese sentido las empresas privadas que realizan servicios sanitarios y de salubridad, limpieza y saneamiento, electricidad, agua, desagüe, gas y combustible, sepelios, comunicaciones y telecomunicaciones, transporte, puertos, aeropuertos, seguridad, custodia, vigilancia y traslado de valores, y expendio de víveres y alimentos; están facultadas para determinar qué puestos de trabajo pueden ser excluidos del día no laborable y qué cantidad de trabajadores son necesarios para garantizar los servicios.

Este Decreto Supremo está refrendado por la Encargada del Despacho de la Presidencia de la República, el Presidente del Consejo de Ministros, el Ministro de Educación, el Ministro del Interior y el Ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos y encargado del Ministro de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo.
