Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe La segunda legislatura ordinaria del Periodo Anual de Sesiones 2021-2022 se ampliará hasta el 8 de julio próximo, según el Decreto de Presidencia del Congreso de la República suscrito por su titular Maricarmen Alva Prieto.

Ello con la finalidad de que el Pleno del Congreso se reúna para tratar los siguientes asuntos materia de la agenda fija:

1. Los dictámenes y proyectos de ley o de resolución legislativa que se encuentren en la Agenda del Pleno del Congreso al 15 de junio de 2022.
2. Los dictámenes y proyectos de ley o de resolución legislativa y otros asuntos que se incluyan en la Agenda del Pleno del Congreso, por acuerdo de la Junta de Portavoces, según sus atribuciones.
3. Las proposiciones del Poder Ejecutivo enviadas con carácter de urgencia.
4. Las Denuncias Constitucionales aprobadas por la Comisión Permanente.
5. La delegación de facultades legislativas a la Comisión Permanente del Congreso.

La ampliación de la convocatoria de las legislaturas ordinarias por la titular del Parlamento, se da en el ejercicio de su facultad prevista en el último párrafo del artículo 49 del Reglamento del Congreso de la República.

The purpose of this is for the plenary session of Congress to meet to deal with the following matters on the fixed agenda:

1. The opinions and bills or legislative resolutions that are on the Agenda of the Plenary Session of Congress as of June 15, 2022.
2. Opinions and bills or legislative resolutions and other matters that are included in the Agenda of the Plenary Session of Congress, by agreement of the Board of Spokespersons, according to its attributions.
3. The proposals of the Executive Power sent urgently.
4. The Constitutional Denunciations approved by the Permanent Commission.
5. The delegation of legislative powers to the Permanent Commission of Congress.

The extension of the convening of the ordinary legislatures by the head of the Parliament, occurs in the exercise of her power provided for in the last paragraph of article 49 of the Regulations of the Congress of the Republic.
