Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Como parte del compromiso del Ejecutivo con la descentralización del país, el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Aníbal Torres, y los titulares de Economía y Finanzas, Cultura y Justicia y Derechos Humanos dialogaron con el alcalde provincial de Cusco, Víctor Boluarte, y la autoridad distrital de Machu Picchu, Darwin Baca; y acordaron que se emitirá un dispositivo legal que especifique los alcances del Decreto Supremo N°043-2022-EF, a fin de precisar que dicha norma no afecta los recursos directamente recaudados en la región.
“Desde el Ejecutivo estamos comprometidos con el desarrollo descentralizado del país y, en tal sentido, podemos afirmar que el D.S. N°043-2022-EF no busca centralizar los recursos que se generan en las regiones. Sin embargo, conscientes de que el centralismo en la administración de los recursos ha sido una práctica reciente, hemos decidido con el MEF elaborar un decreto que establezca de manera clara la norma en cuestión”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.
Por su parte, el ministro de Economía y Finanzas, Óscar Graham, explicó que el D.S. N°043-2022 no afecta los recursos recaudados por entidades como la Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura de Cusco del Ministerio de Cultura. No obstante, para esclarecer cualquier duda, el sector se comprometió a elaborar, junto con el sector Cultura, un Decreto Supremo que especifique los alcances del dispositivo legal mencionado, el cual sería publicado durante la presente semana.
El encuentro, llevado a cabo en la sede de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, contó con la participación de los parlamentarios de la región Cusco, Ruth Luque y Luis Aragón. Asimismo, estuvieron presentes los representantes de la Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura de Cusco, y dirigentes gremiales de esta parte del país.

“From the Executive we are committed to the decentralized development of the country and, in this sense, we can affirm that D.S. N°043-2022-EF does not seek to centralize the resources generated in the regions. However, aware that centralism in the administration of resources has been a recent practice, we have decided with the MEF to prepare a decree that clearly establishes the norm in question”, indicated the head of the Ministerial Cabinet.
For his part, the Minister of Economy and Finance, Óscar Graham, explained that D.S. N°043-2022 does not affect the resources collected by entities such as the Decentralized Directorate of Culture of Cusco of the Ministry of Culture. However, to clarify any doubts, the sector undertook to prepare, together with the Culture sector, a Supreme Decree that specifies the scope of the aforementioned legal device, which would be published during this week.
