En los segmentos, voceros y especialistas de distintas entidades explican, de manera didáctica, en qué consisten los servicios y a quienes están dirigidos, como la guía virtual “Checa tu viaje” del Indecopi, que reúne recomendaciones antes de adquirir productos o servicios relacionados a viajes; el aplicativo “Facilito” de Osinergmin, que permite a sus usuarios encontrar precios más económicos de combustible, y las herramientas que ofrece Osiptel para informarse sobre planes tarifarios de servicios de telecomunicaciones.

Asimismo, se puede encontrar contenido sobre el servicio “Habla Franco”, de Devida, para saber cómo acceder a la orientación confidencial para enfrentar el consumo de drogas, y la plataforma de atención al usuario de SUNASS, a través de la cual brinda información y orientación para garantizar la prestación de los servicios de saneamiento en condiciones de calidad.

El ciudadano también podrá encontrar vídeos informativos sobre las iniciativas de la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la PCM. Entre ellas figura la Plataforma Nacional de Talento Digital, dirigida a fortalecer las competencias de los ciudadanos en entornos digitales a través cursos en línea gratuitos, y la Alianza por una Internet Segura, que involucra al sector público, privado, la academia y la sociedad civil, y cuya plataforma ofrece guías a diversos públicos para reducir los riesgos en Internet.

Los ciudadanos que deseen visualizar los microprogramas de “PCM trabajando para ti” pueden hacerlo a través de las páginas de Facebook y YouTube de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros. Las nuevas ediciones se estrenan los jueves de cada semana con el hashtag #PCMTrabajandoParaTi.

A la fecha se han publicado siete ediciones que desarrollan temas vinculados al Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual (Indecopi), el Organismo Supervisor de la Inversión en Energía y Minería (Osinergmin), el Organismo Supervisor de Inversión Privada en Telecomunicaciones (Osiptel), la Comisión Nacional para el Desarrollo y Vida sin Drogas (Devida), la Superintendencia Nacional de Servicios de Saneamiento (SUNASS) y la Secretaria de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la PCM.
