El Perú necesita que aclaremos las cosas y lo vamos a seguir haciendo indicó el presidente Pedro Castillo, luego de declarar ante fiscalía.

“Hoy me he ratificado ante la Fiscalía de la Nación que no tengo nada que ver con actos irregulares o de corrupción. Soy un hombre honesto y siempre defenderé mi inocencia y honor. Cumpliendo mi palabra he venido para aclarar y colaborar con la justicia”, precisó.

En otro momento, el mandatario dijo que “en aras de la transparencia, del respeto al pueblo peruano y amor a mi familia, siempre dará la cara y estará a disposición del sistema de justicia para lo que sea necesario”.

Pidió confianza a los peruanos y aseguró que el país está por encima de cualquier circunstancia. “A pesar de los obstáculos, de mentiras y señalamientos, pido a los peruanos confianza en que todos los objetivos planteados por el gobierno del pueblo se harán realidad, trabajando juntos, porque el Perú está por encima de cualquier circunstancia”, enfatizó.

En declaraciones a la prensa, el mandatario sostuvo haber dado todo el tiempo y predisposición para responder las preguntas hechas en la Fiscalía.

“Hemos estado donde corresponde estar el día de hoy, una citación por parte de la Fiscalía durante cuatro horas, en el cual nos hemos dado el tiempo y toda la predisposición para responder todas las preguntas”, subrayó.

En ese contexto, agregó estar dispuesto a seguir respondiendo “porque el Perú necesita que aclaremos las cosas y lo vamos a seguir haciendo. Vamos a seguir contribuyendo”.

De otro lado, evitó dar mayores detalles sobre qué preguntas se le hizo en la Fiscalía, argumentando que es materia de investigación.
