Desde Áncash presidente Pedro Castillo advierte que su gobierno dará duro golpe a la criminalidad y la inseguridad en las calles.

“Desde acá rechazo y condeno las actitudes cobardes de los grupos criminales que no ven al ciudadano, al hermano, al maestro, al dirigente y los atacan vilmente, quitándoles la vida, desde acá mi solidaridad con sus familias”, indicó durante la clausura del XVIII Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado celebrado en Huaraz, región Áncash.

Tras anunciar que mañana estará en la ciudad de Trujillo cumpliendo actividades relacionadas a la lucha por la seguridad ciudadana, el mandatario dijo que el gobierno trabaja para frenar los casos de inseguridad.

“Mañana le daremos al país un mensaje claro y fuerte. El Perú necesita darle un golpe duro a esa gente que roba, que quita la vida, debemos y vamos a frenar estos casos”, afirmó.

El jefe de Estado, dijo que el Gobierno tendrá la misma firmeza en la lucha contra la corrupción. “Es una labor en la cual se debe trabajar en conjunto con las autoridades del gobierno nacional, los gobiernos regionales y los gobiernos locales, sin importar su posición política”, remarcó.

“En el marco de la democracia, debemos mirar qué necesita el país, allí hay que hacer un llamado a todas las fuerzas políticas porque el Perú necesita que rescatemos a sus hijos hoy, que ya no se diga manos a la plata sino manos a la obra, hay que seguir trabajando por el bienestar del pueblo”, subrayó.

Ante las autoridades regionales y locales, así como los representantes de organizaciones sociales que participaron en el consejo de ministros descentralizado, el jefe de Estado dijo que este es el espacio adecuado para escucharlos y ponerse de acuerdo en lo que se necesita para impulsar el desarrollo de la región Áncash.

En ese marco, pidió al presidente del Consejo de Ministros convocar a una reunión en Lima con la participación de los alcaldes de las 20 provincias y los 166 distritos de Áncash, para seguir escuchándolos a todos y atender sus demandas.

INGRESO LIBRE A LAS UNIVERSIDADES
En otro momento, el mandatario exhortó al Legislativo a darle prioridad al proyecto de ley aprobado ayer en el Consejo de Ministros para el ingreso libre a las universidades e institutos superiores y pedagógicos.

“Espero que el Congreso asuma inmediatamente el proyecto de ley que, como le dijimos siempre a la población, era viable: el ingreso libre a las universidades e institutos superiores y pedagógicos, esperemos que el Legislativo le dé luz verde”, afirmó.

PROYECTO CHINECAS
En relación al proyecto Chinecas, el presidente Castillo aseguró que esa obra de riego será una realidad en su gobierno y que están a la espera de que las autoridades regionales encaminen el expediente técnico.

Informó además que esta mañana, antes de viajar a Áncash, se reunió junto al ministro de Economía y Finanzas, Óscar Graham, con los gobernadores regionales para atender la situación de los proyectos y obras que se encuentran paralizadas.

At another time, the president urged the legislature to give priority to the bill approved yesterday in the Council of Ministers for free admission to universities and higher and pedagogical institutes.

“I hope that Congress immediately assumes the bill that, as we always told the population, was viable: free admission to universities and higher and pedagogical institutes, we hope that the Legislature gives it the green light,” he said.

CHINESE PROJECT
In relation to the Chinecas project, President Castillo assured that this irrigation work will be a reality in his government and that they are waiting for the regional authorities to forward the technical file.

He also reported that this morning, before traveling to Ancash, he met with the Minister of Economy and Finance, Óscar Graham, with the regional governors to address the situation of the projects and works that are paralyzed.
