Por exigencia reglamentaria, se exigía 66 votos para aprobar la censura ministerial. Dimitri Senmache asumió el cargo el pasado 22 de mayo.

La Moción 3185, que proponía la censura del ministro Dimitri Nicolás Senmache, era algo evidente que se veía venir, ya que el mismo pedido planteaba hechos concretos que se han visto en la gestión de este cuestionado ministro, y por la” falta de capacidad de gestión en la conducción del sector y la grave omisión de funciones que vienen perjudicando al país”, en al marco de la fuga del exministro Juan Silva, y de los sobrinos del mandatario Pedro Castillo, sin que a la fecha ningún ente gubernamental sepa ni informe nada al país.

Al término de la votación, la tercera vicepresidenta del Congreso y encargada de la conducción del debate de la sesión plenaria, Patricia Chirinos, anunció que el acuerdo multipartidario sera transmitido al presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo, a efectos que se cumpla con lo dispuesto en el artículo 132 de la Constitución Política del Perú y el inciso b del artículo 86 del Reglamento del Congreso de la República.

Esto es, para que el presidente de la República acepte la dimisión dentro de las 72 horas siguientes. Acto seguido, se dispensó del trámite de aprobación lo acordado en esta primera parte de la sesión plenaria vespertina.
