“Espero que se haga una reconsideración porque se trata de las familias más vulnerables del país, se trata de las personas que no tienen cómo sostenerse, en esta crisis de pandemia y de guerra”, manifestó el mandatario durante su discurso de clausura del XIX Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado en Cajamarca.

Como se recuerda, el 27 de junio pasado el Poder Ejecutivo envió el proyecto de ley N° 02422/2021-PE al Congreso, solicitando se autorice un crédito suplementario de 7 mil 246 millones de soles, de los cuales más de 2 mil millones serán destinado para la entrega de bonos alimentarios.

En esa línea, el mandatario invocó a los congresistas de la República a trabajar de manera conjunta con el Ejecutivo para solucionar las urgencias de los pueblos del país.

“Reconozco que el papel del Legislativo es fiscalizar pero también es legislar, hagamos que estas urgencias del pueblo se transformen en proyectos de ley para dar soluciones”, enfatizó.

Recordó que desde el inició de su gestión, el Poder Ejecutivo ha presentado más de 36 proyectos de ley al Parlamento, pero a la fecha ninguno ha sido debatido en el Pleno.

“Exhorto al parlamento para que lejos de estar insistiendo en debates que la población ya se pronunció, agendemos proyectos pensado en los frijoles del pueblo, en su educación, en salud y en temas agrarios”, expresó.

En otro momento de la sesión descentralizada, el jefe de Estado firmó el decreto supremo que busca democratizar la Derrama Magisterial.

“Existe una demanda del propio maestro a nivel nacional y en ese marco se ha venido trabajando con el maestro temas concernientes a la Derrama Magisterial; porque consideramos que es necesario para el gremio”, manifestó.

Finalmente, el presidente se dirigió al pueblo de Cajamarca y lamentó que pese a las riquezas que tiene lidera el ranking de pobreza en el país. Sostuvo que se priorizará la agenda regional de manera urgente y, en ese marco, adelantó que su gestión acelerará las mejoras del hospital de Celendín.

At another point in the decentralized session, the head of state signed the supreme decree that seeks to democratize the Teacher Spill.

“There is a demand from the teacher himself at the national level and in this framework, issues concerning the Teacher Spill have been worked on with the teacher; because we consider that it is necessary for the union”, he stated.

Finally, the president addressed the people of Cajamarca and lamented that despite the riches he has, he leads the ranking of poverty in the country. He argued that the regional agenda will be prioritized urgently and, in this context, he announced that his management will accelerate the improvements of the Celendín hospital.
