Cabe destacar que la UNCTAD brinda al Perú cooperación a través de expertos en diversas áreas del comercio y desarrollo, que contribuyen con la elaboración de políticas públicas y con el incremento de las capacidades nacionales.
En el dossier suscrito se plantean nuevas estrategias de cooperación que impulsa la secretaria general busca responder a las necesidades y prioridades nacionales, a fin de cumplir la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible. Para ello, sus labores se deberán guiar por el Pacto de Bridgetown, la reforma del Sistema de Desarrollo de las Naciones Unidas y el impacto de la crisis de la Covid-19, de las tensiones geopolíticas y de otros shocks de impacto global.

It should be noted that UNCTAD provides Peru with cooperation through experts in various areas of trade and development, who contribute to the development of public policies and the increase of national capacities.
In the signed dossier, new cooperation strategies promoted by the Secretary General are proposed, seeking to respond to national needs and priorities, in order to fulfill the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. To this end, its work must be guided by the Bridgetown Pact, the reform of the United Nations Development System and the impact of the Covid-19 crisis, geopolitical tensions and other shocks with a global impact.
