Premier Aníbal Torres anuncia proyectos para sur de Puno, casitas calientes, electrificación rural, ganadería, riego agrícola y seguridad.

En ese sentido, el premier anunció que el Ministerio de Energía y Minas (Minem), culminará el expediente técnico “Ampliación de redes de distribución en la zona sur – Puno”, por un monto de inversión de S/ 31 millones 600 mil, para dotar de electrificación rural a 11,840 habitantes de 230 localidades de las provincias de Chucuito, El Collao, Puno y Yunguyo.

“Con este proyecto, alcanzaremos en el año 2023 una cobertura de electrificación rural al 95%; para el éxito de esta obra, debe existir una coordinación estrecha entre el gobierno nacional y las autoridades locales y líderes sociales”, afirmó Torres Vásquez.

Asimismo, indicó que el Ministerio del Ambiente reactivará la Comisión Multisectorial para abordar la problemática ambiental del Lago Titicaca y sus afluentes; y que se coordinará con el país hermano de Bolivia para mitigar los impactos ambientales de manera conjunta.

El premier también indicó que el Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (Midagri), promoverá inmediatamente proyectos de riego para ampliar la frontera agrícola en la zona sur de Puno; asimismo, dará asistencia técnica permanente a los gobiernos locales para el desarrollo agrario y ganadero.

También refirió que el Ministerio del Interior (Mininter), conjuntamente con la Municipalidad Distrital de Desaguadero, culminarán la obra “Mejoramiento del Servicio de Seguridad Ciudadana Desaguadero -provincia de Chucuito – departamento de Puno”, por un monto de inversión de S/ 3 millones, que considera la construcción la una central de control y videovigilancia, así como la adquisición de vehículos y la capacitación de personal.

“Con este proyecto, vamos a contribuir a mejorar el orden público y la seguridad ciudadana en la frontera con Bolivia y en la localidad distrital. Se tomó conocimiento que hace 15 días aproximadamente se hizo la transferencia de 1.2 millones de soles”, acotó el jefe de la PCM.

Luego, manifestó que el Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento (MVCS) ha destinado S/ 10 millones para ejecutar el proyecto Sumaq Wasi, es decir, para implementar las casitas calientes, para atender a la población aquejada por el intenso frío de dicha zona puneña.

Durante esta reunión con las autoridades de Puno, el premier estuvo acompañado por los ministros de Energía y Minas, Alessandra Herrera; de Agricultura y Riego, Andrés Alencastre; del Ambiente, Modesto Montoya; y el viceministro de Orden Interno, Martín Parra.

En la reunión ejecutiva participaron el alcalde del distrito de Desaguadero, provincia de Chucuito, región Puno, Isidoro Félix Mendoza Huallpa; así como del alcalde del distrito Islas Amantani, Marcelino Yucra Pacompia. También asistió la representante de las mujeres de las comunidades aymaras, Theodore Ccopa, quien agradeció el compromiso de trabajo en conjunto propuesto por el Poder Ejecutivo. En este marco, el premier recibió las llaves de la ciudad y fue reconocido como Huésped Ilustre de Desaguadero.

PERÚ ESTRECHA LAZOS CON BOLIVIA
Previamente a la reunión ejecutiva en Desaguadero, se realizó la ceremonia de “Izamiento de la Bandera Nacional e Himno Nacional del Perú” en el Puente Internacional Perú- Bolivia, a cargo del presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Aníbal Torres Vásquez; ministros de Estado, la cónsul de Bolivia en Perú, Felipa Huanca Llupanqui; el alcalde del gobierno autónomo de la Municipalidad de Desaguadero, provincia de Ingavi – Bolivia, acompañados por las autoridades de la región Puno.

“Esta mañana hemos izado la bandera de Bolivia y Perú donde hemos ratificado que somos un solo pueblo, tenemos las mismas costumbres, hablamos el mismo idioma. Trabajaremos para que no haya esos límites para ingresar de un país a otro, sino para que haya un mercado libre, de libre tránsito, no en determinados días, sino todo el tiempo”, expresó el premier.
