El destino norteamericano demandó principalmente uvas frescas (US$ 297 millones 146 mil), paltas (US$ 115 millones 494 mil), café (US$ 101 millones 475 mil), arándanos rojos (US$ 86 millones 336 mil), espárragos frescos (US$ 78 millones 774 mil) y mangos frescos (US$ 52 millones 489 mil).

En el top ten se observaron 2 partidas que cerraron en rojo: los espárragos frescos (-9.5%) y los mangos frescos (-17.9%); y otras 2 con crecimientos de tres dígitos: el café (298.4%) y los arándanos (103.6%).

VALOR AGREGADO
Las exportaciones agroindustriales no tradicionales del Perú al mundo fueron las más destacadas al alcanzar los US$ 3 mil 579 millones entre enero y junio del 2022, una variación de 11.2% y una representación de 88.6% del total.

La oferta fue de uvas frescas (US$ 595 millones 479 mil) con un crecimiento de 17.2%, seguida de las paltas con US$ 518 millones 471 mil (-16.2%) y mangos frescos o secos con US$ 207 millones 519 mil (-9.1%).

EE.UU. lideró el ranking con US$ 1,162 millones 955 mil, un alza de 25.6% y una participación de 32.4%. En el segundo lugar se ubicó Países Bajos (US$ 554 millones 027 mil) con una disminución de -2.1%, seguido de España, Ecuador, Chile, China, México, Reino Unido, Hong Kong y Canadá.

SECTOR TRADICIONAL
De acuerdo al Sistema de Inteligencia Comercial ADEX Data Trade, los despachos agrarios tradicionales (del Perú al mundo) sumaron US$ 459 millones 750 mil, logrando un crecimiento de 252.8% y una participación de 11.4% del total.

Su partida líder fue el café (US$ 434 millones 980 mil) con una representación de 94.6% y un incremento de 331.8%. El segundo y tercer puesto lo ocuparon demás azúcares de caña o remolacha refinados en estado sólido y la melaza de caña, respectivamente.

EE.UU. (US$ 102 millones 316 mil) se posicionó en el lugar N° 1 con un aumento de 287.4% y una concentración de 22.2%. Asimismo, resaltaron en el top five Alemania (US$ 98 millones 028 mil), Bélgica (US$ 47 millones 805 mil), Colombia y Suecia.

ADEX organiza la feria Expoalimentaria, a realizarse del 21 al 23 de septiembre en el Centro de Exposiciones Jockey Club, en donde se exhibirá lo mejor de la oferta de alimentos, bebidas, maquinaria, servicios, envases y embalajes.
