Para obras de reconstrucción se entregan cerca de S/ 4 200 millones, gobierno del bicentenario sigue incontenible en la nación Inca.

Cabe precisar que de dicho monto se transfirió más de 2 267 millones para la ejecución 1 769 obras de continuidad y más de 1,912 millones para la ejecución de 818 nuevas obras.

El objetivo del Gobierno Nacional es que con dicho presupuesto se impulsen obras relacionadas a la reconstrucción de infraestructura educativa, establecimientos de salud, caminos vecinales, puentes, pistas y veredas, irrigación, agua y desagüe, obras de agricultura, entre otras.

Las obras de reconstrucción se vienen realizando en 13 regiones del país: Áncash, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Huancavelica, Ica, Junín, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima, Loreto, Piura y Tumbes.

El mandatario hizo entrega simbólica de transferencia presupuestal que supera los 130 millones a los alcaldes distritales y provinciales en la sede de Palacio de Gobierno, los mismos que forman parte de los 4 200 millones de soles distribuidos a la fecha.

“Si no hubiésemos tenido esta pandemia, el Perú estaría caminando por otra realidad. Sin embargo, al día de hoy y en este marco de la reactivación económica, se han transferido 4 200 millones de soles para 450 entidades ejecutoras. Eso es importante, señaló el mandatario.

Al respecto, el jefe de Estado pidió que los proyectos que se lleven a cabo sean desarrollados con transparencia a fin de generar empleo para sus localidades.

“Uno como autoridad debe sentirse satisfecho cuando llega con algo a la mano para su pueblo y más satisfechos nos sentiremos nosotros como gobierno cuando se hagan bien y con transparencia. Generemos empleo y oportunidad de trabajo a la gente del barrio, de nuestras comunidades, de nuestro pueblo”, enfatizó.

Por otro lado, el presidente Castillo anunció también que el titular del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF), Kurt Burneo, se ha puesto a disposición del país y se ha reunido con el sector privado a fin de lograr un mayor orden económico.

“Es un alivio inmenso tener un informe real y objetivo por parte de nuestro ministro de Economía donde se tiene que impulsar este espacio de Reconstrucción con Cambios para seguir atendiendo al país, a los gobiernos regionales y locales”, subrayó.

Participaron del evento el director ejecutivo de la Autoridad para la Reconstrucción con Cambios (ARCC), Robert López López, así como autoridades de las regiones de La Libertad, Ancash, Lambayeque, Arequipa y Lima. También representantes del Programa Subsectorial de Irrigaciones (PSI) del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego (MIDAGRI) y del Gobierno Regional de Piura.

“If we had not had this pandemic, Peru would be walking through another reality. However, to date and within this framework of economic reactivation, 4.2 billion soles have been transferred to 450 executing entities. That is important, said the president.

In this regard, the head of state requested that the projects that are carried out be developed with transparency in order to generate employment for their localities.

“As an authority, one should feel satisfied when they arrive with something at hand for their people, and we as a government will feel more satisfied when they are done well and with transparency. We will generate employment and job opportunities for the people of the neighborhood, of our communities, of our town”, he emphasized.

On the other hand, President Castillo also announced that the head of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), Kurt Burneo, has made himself available to the country and has met with the private sector in order to achieve greater economic order.

“It is an immense relief to have a real and objective report from our Minister of Economy where this space of Reconstruction with Changes has to be promoted to continue serving the country, regional and local governments,” he stressed.

The executive director of the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes (ARCC), Robert López López, as well as authorities from the regions of La Libertad, Ancash, Lambayeque, Arequipa and Lima participated in the event. Also representatives of the Irrigation Subsectoral Program (PSI) of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (MIDAGRI) and the Regional Government of Piura.
