Dichos fertilizantes tienen costo social subvencionado por el Gobierno, y entre ellos figuran: 197 toneladas de guano de las islas, 480 toneladas de abono orgánico gallinaza y 30 de otros fertilizantes compuestos de fosfato de sodio, monoamónico y nitrato de magnesio, el cual permitirá abonar cientos de hectáreas de los agricultores de esas localidades.
El monto de inversión es de aproximadamente 400 000 soles y de esta forma se contribuye con el fortalecimiento de la seguridad alimentaria del país. El objetivo es mejorar los sistemas productivos y recuperar la competitividad agraria para dicha región.
Ante cientos de pobladores que se congregaron en el estadio del colegio Mariano Melgar Valdiviezo de la comunidad de Moyabamba Baja, provincia de Andahuaylas, el mandatario exhortó al ministro de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Alexander Alencastre a que los fertilizantes sean distribuidos a todos los agricultores, sin ninguna discriminación.
” Este gobierno va hacer la verdadera descentralización. Señor ministro, quiero que se distribuya, que no se embolse para unos y se niegue para otros. Tiene que darse a todos los agricultores sin ninguna discriminación. Hemos pasado 200 años de discriminación y en un gobierno del pueblo no se puede discriminar a un compañero que hable distinto, piense distinto”, enfatizó el mandatario.
GOBIERNO ASEGURA QUE TRABAJA PARA GARANTIZAR LA SEGURIDAD ALIMENTARIA
El jefe de Estado recordó haber declarado en emergencia la agricultura con el objetivo de garantizar la seguridad alimentaria del Perú.
“Hemos declarado en emergencia el agro y por eso vamos a hacer todo el esfuerzo para garantizar la seguridad alimentaria. Si hay que endeudarnos para darle el pan a nuestros hijos, nos tenemos que endeudar, pero no para meterlo a nuestros bolsillos, sino para darlo a los hombres y mujeres de la chacra”, refirió.
Sostuvo que para promover el trabajo de la agricultura es fundamental el tema del agua. “De qué sirve sacar a un funcionario y estar al lado del agricultor, si no hay lo fundamental, el agua. Sin agricultura, no hay alimentación y sin alimentación no se vive. Es el momento de priorizar aquellas qochas, este líquido elemento no solo para la chacra, sino para la crianza de nuestros animales, también para el consumo humano”, precisó.
Tras el evento, se entregaron también tres maquinarias trilladoras para mejorar la productividad de los agricultores, es así que entre los beneficiarios destacan: la Asociación de Productores Agroepecuarios y Agro industriales San Juan Rebelde de Guayana; la Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios los Hijos de Sucaraylla y la Asociación Agropecuaria los Ccantus.
Participaron de la actividad, el alcalde de la Municipalidad Provincial de Andahuaylas, Adler Malpartida Tello; el alcalde distrital de Santa María de Chicmo, Max Huaraca Pariona y autoridades regionales.

THE GOVERNMENT ASSURES THAT IT IS WORKING TO GUARANTEE FOOD SECURITY
The head of state recalled having declared an emergency in agriculture in order to guarantee food security in Peru.
“We have declared agriculture in an emergency and that is why we are going to make every effort to guarantee food security. If we have to go into debt to give bread to our children, we have to go into debt, but not to put it in our pockets, but to give it to the men and women of the farm,” he said.
He argued that to promote the work of agriculture, the issue of water is essential. “What is the use of taking out an official and being next to the farmer, if there is no fundamental thing, water. Without agriculture, there is no food and without food there is no life. It is time to prioritize those qochas, this liquid element not only for the farm, but for raising our animals, also for human consumption”, he specified.
After the event, three threshing machines were also delivered to improve the productivity of farmers, so among the beneficiaries are: the Association of Agricultural and Agroindustrial Producers San Juan Rebelde de Guayana; the Children of Sucaraylla Association of Agricultural Producers and the Ccantus Agricultural Association.
