El burgomaestre de Cangallo, sostuvo que:
1.- En primer lugar, nosotros los alcaldes de la Red de Municipalidades Rurales del Perú, hemos dado nuestro respaldo total al presidente de la república, el presidente tiene que concluir su gestión, los cinco años de mandato, así como los alcaldes hemos sido electos por cuatro años.

A pesar de todas las dificultades el país tiene que unirse para sacar adelante a toda la ciudadanía y creo que ese mensaje hemos dado desde la Red de Municipalidades, que el poder ejecutivo y el legislativo, tienen que trabajar de la mano, puntualizo la autoridad edil en entrevista con PrensaPerú.pe en horas de la noche.

2.- El día 7 de octubre una fecha emblemática para el país, donde se hizo la primera jura de la independencia en el país, en Cangallo el 7 de octubre de 1814, una gesta heroica juntamente con la revolución de Cusco, entonces es un momento especial y ese día nos va a visitar el presidente la república, y la población le está esperando porque se van a dar anuncios importantes, como, por ejemplo:
a) El caso del hospital de EsSalud, dado que ya hay un terreno que hemos donado de 11 mil metros cuadrados, en donde se construirá un moderno policlínico importante que va a atender a varias provincias del centro de Ayacucho.
b) El desarrollo definitivo de la carretera de doble vía, que también en estos días ya se ha trabajado el TDR (son los términos de referencia, que contienen las especificaciones técnicas, objetivos y estructura de cómo ejecutar un determinado estudio, trabajo, proyecto, comité, conferencia, negociación, etc), seguramente ya habrá una empresa ganadora, y se van a dar anuncios como los de este tema.
c) También se reinicia el asfaltado sobre todo de la carretera desde la frontera de Vinchos-Rosas Pata por las alturas de Tuco hasta la plaza principal de Totos Toqyasqa, así mismo hasta la plaza principal de Paras viceversa hasta la vía libertadores. Siendo ello un importante proyecto de más de 140 millones de soles, que obviamente el gobierno central está invirtiendo dentro de la provincia de Cangallo.
d) Otra obra que ya está encaminado, es una de las carreteras, más de 68 Km., que obviamente va a beneficiar a varios distritos de la jurisdicción, desde Morochucos, una parte de Chuschi, que inicia desde Chanquil hasta sobre todo Cuchoquesera y Catalinayocc, son obras importantes y esperemos que el presidente de la república pueda conocer nuestra tierra como mandatario, y con esto sería el segundo presidente de la historia del país, que visite la provincia con una importante cantidad de ciudadanos que van a dar como corresponde el respaldo y obviamente a base de caballería, así como fue recibido el presidente en la plaza principal el años pasado en el bicentenario del país. sostuvo la primera autoridad edil de Cangallo en Ayacucho.

En otro momento Daniel Roca Sulca, se refirió al lugar en la historia del país que se viene dando al recientemente reconocido héroe nacional Basilio Auqui Huaytalla, quien fuera un jefe “Morochuco”, héroe y mártir de la independencia del Perú, mediante el Proyecto de Ley 417 aprobado por el parlamento peruano.

Después de 200 años logramos que muchos heroes sean reconocidos, Basilio Auqui Huaytalla, en1822 derrotó a los realistas en la batalla de Sachabamba, y lógicamente en dicho lugar ya hemos instalado un monumento en su nombre, lo mismo que en Incaraccay y en el Capital de Cangallo; y por supuesto en esa fecha del 7 de octubre anunciaremos otro monumento en el distrito de Los Morochucos.

De otro lado el alcalde Daniel Roca Sulca, destacó que Cangallo está en zona estratégica, paso obligado de muchos ciudadanos del sur de Ayacucho, por eso agradecemos al entonces presidente Ollanta Humala que hizo grandes obras, como el asfaltado de Totos hasta el sur, hasta Páucar del Sara Sara y el asfaltado también que se hizo de la zona de Totos hasta Palpa en Ica, del mismo modo el asfaltado que se hizo de Condorcocha hasta Vilcashuamán, inversiones nunca antes vista por nosotros en otros gobiernos, sin embargo nuestras carreteras son angostas y se requiere reformular todo ello, ya que la cantidad de vehículos ha aumentado considerablemente y a ello hay que señalar que somos zona productora y el transporte pesado maltrata el asfalto de las carreteras, necesitándose que ya sean de doble vías, ya en el gobierno del expresidente Vizcarra iniciamos estos estudios, y ahora ya se deben concluir los expedientes técnicos para que las nuevas autoridades que vendrán puedan dar la continuidad de los mismos, recalcó Roca Sulca.
