PCM y Microsoft se unen con programa “Habilidades del futuro” para fortalecer en las regiones las habilidades digitales de la ciudadanía.

Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe En el marco de la Política Nacional de Transformación Digital y gracias al trabajo conjunto de la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) junto a Microsoft y Eidos Global, se pondrá en marcha el programa “Habilidades del Futuro” como un espacio de capacitación para fortalecer el talento digital en la ciudadanía.

El programa “Habilidades del Futuro” está dirigido a todas las personas que, con un nivel mínimo de conocimiento digital, deseen acceder a mayores oportunidades personales y laborales gracias al aprovechamiento de las tecnologías digitales.

El programa contempla una primera fase de capacitación a facilitadores en los gobiernos regionales, quienes a su vez replicarán lo aprendido para alcanzar a un porcentaje importante de la población en corto plazo. Esta metodología ya se aplicó con éxito en Cajamarca, donde se logró capacitar a más de 500 entrenadores, quienes a su vez deberán replicar los conocimientos adquiridos a más de 6000 personas de la región, convirtiéndose en un motor de desarrollo y transformación.

Los beneficiarios vienen recibiendo entrenamiento en el manejo de herramientas tecnológicas fundamentales como Excel, PowerPoint y Microsoft Teams. Además de obtener conocimientos en diseño web y programación. Asimismo, como complemento, serán capacitados en una serie de contenidos dirigidos a fortalecer las habilidades blandas y potenciar la empleabilidad de los participantes.

PROGRAMA SE EXTIENDE A LA REGIÓN LA LIBERTAD
“Habilidades del Futuro” se empezó a extender a otras regiones del Perú y ha llegado a La Libertad. La Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital, el Gobierno Regional de La Libertad, Microsoft y Eidos Global, se aliaron con el objetivo de impulsar la transformación digital de la región, brindando conocimientos en herramientas y soluciones tecnológicas a 200 capacitadores, quienes entrenaron a su vez a otras 50 personas cada uno.

La meta es llegar a 10 000 personas en la región para fortalecer la educación, la empleabilidad, brindar mayor acceso al entorno digital, fomentar la inclusión y el talento digital. En los próximos meses, se aplicará el programa en Cusco, Tacna y Piura.

“Desde la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital, venimos impulsando el cumplimiento del eje 8 de la Política General de Gobierno que tiene el compromiso de implementar una transformación digital con equidad. En este reto, el apoyo del sector privado es clave principalmente de empresas transnacionales como Microsoft para poner la tecnología al servicio de la ciudadanía”, afirmó Marushka Chocobar, secretaria de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la PCM.

De la mano de la PCM y de las autoridades regionales estamos entregando conocimiento y habilidades, que es lo que verdaderamente cambia vidas y transforma comunidades. Estamos listos para continuar expandiendo el programa a Cusco, Tacna y Piura y seguir trabajando por mejorar la empleabilidad del increíble talento peruano”, aseguró Catalina Rengifo, gerente de proyectos para Filantropía en las Américas de Microsoft.

La alianza entre la PCM y Microsoft para la ejecución del programa “Habilidades del Futuro” se desarrolla en el marco del Laboratorio de Gobierno y Transformación Digital con el propósito de impulsar el proceso nacional de transformación digital en favor del desarrollo del país.
