Así lo informó durante una conferencia de prensa, acompañado de los integrantes de la Mesa Directiva del Parlamento, donde dio detalles de la reunión con el mandatario Pedro Castillo Terrones y seis ministros de Estado.

“Hablamos de la independencia de poderes. Le dijimos que era muy importante que no haya injerencia (…) Le hablamos también sobre la Policía Nacional y Fuerzas Armadas, y el respeto a la institucionalidad (…)”, comentó el titular del Congreso.

Agregó que también le señaló al mandatario que hay proyectos de ley aprobados en el Parlamento y que están a la espera de ser promulgados o de su reglamentación. Dijo que se trata de iniciativas que atienden las necesidades de la ciudadanía.

También dialogaron, comentó, sobre la inseguridad ciudadana que azota el país. Se dejó en claro a los representantes del Gobierno que este problema es un tema de gestión del Poder Ejecutivo más que de legislación.

En otro momento, Williams Zapata expresó su preocupación por asuntos de orden interno como la amenaza que existe en zonas como el Vraem, en Madre de Dios, y en el Putumayo. Dijo que el Parlamento promoverá iniciativas para apoyar el desarrollo y fortalecer la presencia del Estado en dichos lugares.

El titular del Parlamento comentó que también expresaron su preocupación por algunos nombramientos y designaciones en los niveles altos e intermedios del Gobierno. Señaló que este tema, si no se resuelve, podría generar a corto y mediano plazo un grave problema para el país.

CONTROL POLÍTICO CONTINUARÁ
Durante su intervención, la primera vicepresidenta del Congreso, Martha Moyano Delgado, dijo que en la reunión con los integrantes del Poder Ejecutivo se les informó sobre los procedimientos legislativos y de control político que realiza el Parlamento.

Aseguró que, luego de este encuentro, todos los procedimientos de control político continuarán, ya sea acusaciones constitucionales e investigaciones.

“También le hemos hecho saber que ellos continúan en una campaña de desprestigio contra el Congreso de la República en todas sus sesiones descentralizadas”, manifestó.

MINISTROS IDÓNEOS
La segunda vicepresidenta del Parlamento, Digna Calle Lobatón, informó que pidió dar prioridad a los proyectos de ley a favor de la reactivación económica del país.

Sobre su propuesta de adelanto de elecciones generales, comentó al mandatario y sus ministros que esta responde a un clamor de la gran mayoría de ciudadanos, y además obedece a que no se está eligiendo a las personas idóneas en los ministerios.

“Se ha pedido que el presidente tenga la capacidad de escoger a buenos ministros para que nos evite las confrontaciones, y estar interpelando o censurando ministros”, indicó.

PROYECTOS DE LEY DEL EJECUTIVO
El tercer vicepresidente del Congreso, Alejandro Muñante, señaló que se le hizo saber al mandatario que, de los 159 proyectos de ley presentados por el Poder Ejecutivo, se han aprobado un 42 % de ellos.

“De ellos, el 31 % está en comisiones, el 9 % está dictaminado y otro 9 % está para pasar a la agenda del Pleno”, detalló.

Muñante agregó que, a la fecha, son 77 leyes que no han sido reglamentadas por el Ejecutivo, es decir, son normas que no están siendo ejecutadas.

“Solo en este año, hay 17 leyes publicadas que no han sido reglamentadas”, puntualizó Muñante Barrios.
