Nuevos Cambios Ministeriales: Reforzarán las estrategias de lucha contra el crimen organizado, y mejora de los ciclos de inteligencia en la nación.

En una ceremonia realizada en la Sala Cáceres de Palacio de Gobierno, Richard Washington Tineo Quispe juramentó como nuevo titular de la cartera ministerial de Transportes y Comunicaciones, en reemplazo de Geiner Alvarado López.

Seguidamente y del mismo modo, el Capitán (R) FAP Daniel Hugo Barragán Coloma juramentó como nuevo titular de la cartera ministerial de Defensa, en reemplazo de Tineo Quispe.

MINISTERIO DE TRANSPORTES Y COMUNICACIONES
El nuevo titular del sector es abogado de profesión y licenciado en Ciencias Militares con mención en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones.

Presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo Terrones, toma juramento a nuevos ministros de Estado. Juramentó al titular de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Richard Tineo.

Tiene un doctorado en derecho, magíster en Gestión Pública por la Universidad ESAN y maestría en Derecho Constitucional. Asimismo, tiene diplomados en Relaciones Internacionales, Derecho Constitucional, Política Exterior, Seguridad y Defensa Nacional.

Ha sido director de Ciencia y Tecnología del Ejército, director de Telemática y Estadística del Ejército y Comandante General de la 3era. Brigada de Comunicaciones en Arequipa.

Fue director general de la Dirección General de Políticas y Regulación en Comunicaciones del Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones (2022).

De igual modo, Tineo Quispe fue condecorado con la Medalla al Combatiente Andrés Avelino Cáceres en el grado de “Al Mérito” por acción distinguida en combate; también, con la Medalla Académica del Ejercito en el grado de distinguido por excelencia Académica; y con Cruz Peruana al Mérito Militar en el grado de Caballero.

MINISTERIO DE DEFENSA
El nuevo ministro de Defensa es licenciado en Ciencias de la Administración Aeroespacial.

Barragán Coloma cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia en la actividad privada, como empresario y como director de la Asociación Nacional de Emprendedores (ANDE).

Presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo Terrones, toma juramento a nuevos ministros de Estado. Juramentó al titular de Defensa, Daniel Barragán.

Posee título de Administración General con Especialidad en Recursos Humanos.

Egresado del Centro de Altos Estudios Nacionales – CAEN, del Curso de Desarrollo y Defensa Nacional y del Curso Básico de la Escuela Superior de Guerra Aérea en la Fuerza Aérea del Perú (FAP).

Se desempeñó como jefe de la Prisión Militar y subjefe de la Oficina de Planes y Presupuesto de la Dirección de Personal, en la FAP.

Fue coordinador Macro Regional de los programas sociales en el Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social (MIDIS),

Ocupó el cargo de consultor del Despacho Ministerial en el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo (MINCETUR). Se desempeñó como consultor empresarial y promotor de emprendimiento a nivel nacional.

Barragán Coloma has more than 20 years of experience in private activity, as a businessman and as director of the National Association of Entrepreneurs (ANDE).

He has a degree in General Administration with a Specialization in Human Resources.

He served as head of the Military Prison and deputy head of the Office of Plans and Budget of the Personnel Directorate, in the FAP.

He was Macro Regional coordinator of social programs in the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (MIDIS),

He held the position of consultant to the Ministerial Office in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR). He worked as a business consultant and promoter of entrepreneurship at the national level.
