Fueron 48 los ciudadanos/as que formaron parte del recorrido inaugural en el interior de la “joya arquitectónica de la Justicia” y que realza el centro de Lima con su fachada de estilo neoclásico, obra del arquitecto polaco Bruno Paprowsky.
Los visitantes conocieron el imponente salón Manuel de Vidaurre en el que apreciaron la arquitectura interna de Palacio a base de mármol, los enormes vitrales, columnas y detalles de bronce en la decoración.
Asimismo, apreciaron los detalles de Salón de Juramentos y la decoración del siglo XIX del Salón de Embajadores, que es la principal sala de recepción y reunión de las altas autoridades en ocasiones especiales, como las ceremonias por el Día del Juez y la Jueza, la Apertura del Año Judicial y otras.
La pinacoteca judicial también generó fascinación de los visitantes al conocer los rostros de los presidentes de la Corte Suprema a lo largo de la historia.
Esta iniciativa cultural se realiza en alianza con la Municipalidad de Lima y el Programa Visita Lima. Los tours son gratuitos y están a cargo de un guía turístico calificado.
Se programarán recorridos al Palacio de Justicia dos veces por mes. Guided tours twice a month, Palace of Justice opens its doors to the public, but first you have to compete to get a ticket.

There were 48 citizens who were part of the inaugural tour inside the “architectural jewel of Justice” and that enhances the center of Lima with its neoclassical-style facade, the work of Polish architect Bruno Parowsky.
The visitors got to know the imposing Manuel de Vidaurre room where they appreciated the internal architecture of the Palace based on marble, the enormous stained glass windows, columns and bronze details in the decoration.
They also appreciated the details of the Oaths Hall and the 19th-century decoration of the Ambassadors Hall, which is the main reception and meeting room for high authorities on special occasions, such as the Judge’s Day ceremonies, the Opening of the Judicial Year and others.
The judicial art gallery also generated fascination for visitors to see the faces of the presidents of the Supreme Court throughout history.
This cultural initiative is carried out in partnership with the Municipality of Lima and the Visit Lima Program. Tours are free and led by a qualified tour guide.
