El megaoperativo ejecutado por el Ministerio Público se cristalizó según el dossier del ente perseguidor del delito en el Perú, a un total de 36 inmuebles en los que viven y utilizan como despachos de trabajo los legisladores de Acción Popular Raúl Doroteo, Juan Carlos Mori, Jorge Flores Ancachi, Darwin Espinoza, Ilich López y Elvis Vergara: denominados como “Los Niños”.
Por otro lado en el caso bautizado por la prensa peruana como “Sarratea”, ante las acciones de la fiscalía de la nación Inca, el jefe de Estado peruano, se pronunció a través de sus redes sociales, en su cuenta de twitter escribió: “La Fiscalía ha ingresado a la casa de mi hermana. Mi madre se encuentra ahí. Este acto abusivo ha afectado su salud. Responsabilizo a la Fiscalía de la Nación por la salud de mi señora madre”, puntualizó el mandatario.
TITULAR DEL MINISTERIO PÚBLICO ES DENUNCIADA Al respecto hay que señalar que la actual fiscal de la nación ha sido denunciada por el congresista Guillermo Bermejo Rojas (Perú Democrático) ante la Sub Comisión de Acusaciones Constitucionales, por lo que se solicita su suspensión e inhabilitación, por los presuntos delitos de organización criminal, encubrimiento personal y obstrucción a la justicia, los elementos de derechos se sustentan en que Patricia Benavides Vargas infringió los artículos referidos al derecho a la igualdad ante la ley; el principio de independencia y no interferencia; y el referido a promover la acción judicial en defensa de la legalidad y de los intereses públicos tutelados por el derecho.
