PRIMERA CÁMARA DE MADURACIÓN PARA CASA BLANQUEADA
La primera cámara de maduración entregada por la Municipalidad Provincial de Tumbes, mediante el programa Procompite para mejorar la cadena productiva de los agricultores de la Asociación de productores de limón de Casa Blanqueada del distrito de San Jacinto, es un hecho y seguiremos hasta el termino de nuestra región trabajando por mejorar la calidad de vida de todos los tumbesinos, sostuvo meridianamente su autoridad municipal Mg. Jimy Silva Mena.

La primera autoridad edil junto a regidores y funcionarios entregaron esta primera “Cámara de Maduración” en Tumbes, cientos de agricultores se mostraron agradecidos por esta entrega y mencionaron que era algo que esperaban por años, “siempre en anteriores gestiones nos prometían y nunca cumplían, pero hoy en esta gestión es una realidad”, mencionaban los hombres y mujeres del campo que se hallaban presentes en esta actividad.

Durante esta ceremonia el Mg. Jimy Silva también hizo entrega de un cheque simbólico de S/ 44, 545.00 del proyecto “Hambre Cero”, donde estos agricultores vienen vendiendo aun precio justo limón a la comuna provincial, el cual es entregado a los alumnos del distrito de Tumbes y a los comedores populares.

Es preciso indicar que PROCOMPITE como Hambre Cero son proyectos que se vienen desarrollando a través de la gerencia de Desarrollo Económico a cargo de la Arq. Selene Mendoza Guerrero, de dicha corporación municipal de Tumbes.

SEGUNDA CÁMARA DE MADURACIÓN PARA PAMPAS
Los agricultores de la cooperativa agraria de banano orgánico líderes de Tumbes del distrito de Pampas de Hospital recibieron su cámara de maduración como parte del programa PROCOMPITE 2022 por parte de la Municipalidad Provincial de Tumbes, en la misma la primera autoridad municipal de dicha comuna, Mg. Jimy Silva Mena, resaltó la labor emprendedora y competitiva de los beneficiados que desde ahora podrán mejorar cualitativamente la circulación de aire, la humedad y la temperatura en su interior de sus productos.

El alcalde provincial de Tumbes Silva Mena en compañía de la gerente de desarrollo económico Arq. Selene Mendoza, el regidor José Castro y demás funcionarios, entregaron esta segunda cámara de maduración de la región de Tumbes.

Del mismo modo se realizó la entrega de un cheque simbólico de S/ 35,955.00 soles del proyecto HAMBRE CERO, el cual está beneficiando a muchos agricultores de Tumbes con la compra de sus productos frescos a precio justo y que son entregados a los alumnos como parte del programa QALI WARMA y a los comedores populares.
