De acuerdo a la agenda oficial, la sesión inicia a las 09:00 horas y se clausura a las 12:45 horas.
Se tiene previsto la participación de los 25 gobernadores regionales del país, el presidente de la Asamblea Nacional de Gobiernos Regionales (ANGR) y gobernador regional del Cusco, Jean Paul Benavente García; el alcalde de Lima Metropolitana, Miguel Romero Duarte; el presidente de la Asociación de Municipalidades del Perú (AMPE), Álvaro Paz de la Barra Freigeiro.
Participarán también el presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Aníbal Torres Vásquez, junto a su Gabinete Ministerial; el presidente de la Red de Municipalidades Urbanas y Rurales del Perú (REMURPE), Iván Flores Quispe; entre otros.
El GORE Ejecutivo es un espacio técnico-político de diálogo y de articulación intergubernamental para implementar políticas de Estado. Su objetivo es coordinar la continuidad de las obras y el destrabe de la ejecución de proyectos emblemáticos.
