“Vamos a fajarnos por retomar la modernización del Tren Macho, la construcción de un aeropuerto que es muy importante, pero hay que trabajar de la mano”, dijo el mandatario tras sostener un encuentro con alcaldes distritales, provinciales y gobernador electos de dicha región.

El jefe de Estado reiteró también que el Gabinete Ministerial liderado por Aníbal Torres Vásquez tiene las puertas abiertas a todos los alcaldes para atender las diversas demandas históricas de Huancavelica.

“Las cosas tienen que hacerse paulatinamente, no se pueden hacer de la noche a la mañana. El olvido hacia nuestros pueblos no ha empezado recién, es histórico y transversal al país, es un problema estructural. Corresponde a las autoridades asumir la responsabilidad pero hagámoslo con transparencia, juntos, hagámoslo bien”, señaló.

En otro momento, el presidente Castillo cuestionó que a pocos meses de finalizar el año, algunos alcaldes recién estén priorizando el desarrollo de obras que permitan cerrar brechas sociales.

“Hay ciertas autoridades que no priorizan lo principal para su pueblo. Ponen la mirada en un proyecto donde hay bastantes centavos y al final resulta un elefante blanco. Al final, al costado de esa obra encontramos familias sin agua, sin luz. Debe haber un orden de prioridades”, indicó.

En ese sentido, señaló que la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) implementará jornadas de capacitación para que las autoridades provinciales y distritales no tengan dificultades con la ejecución de proyectos.

“Nosotros tenemos bastante confianza en ustedes como el pueblo lo ha tenido en nosotros. Vamos a seguir trabajando y vamos a ir pronto a Huancavelica. Sé que hay un compromiso para que puedan acercarse fácilmente a los sectores, pero también haremos que los ministerios los ayuden a viabilizar sus proyectos”, puntualizó.

At another time, President Castillo questioned that a few months before the end of the year, some mayors are just prioritizing the development of works that allow closing social gaps.

“There are certain authorities that do not prioritize the main thing for their people. They look at a project where there are quite a few pennies and in the end it turns out to be a white elephant. In the end, next to that work we find families without water, without electricity. There must be an order of priorities,” he said.

In this sense, he pointed out that the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM) will implement training sessions so that the provincial and district authorities do not have difficulties with the execution of projects.

“We have enough confidence in you as the people have had in us. We are going to continue working and we are going to go to Huancavelica soon. I know that there is a commitment so that they can easily approach the sectors, but we will also make the ministries help them to make their projects viable”, he pointed out.
