Pedro Castillo: "Mi gobierno aprobará en el breve plazo la Política Nacional de Transformación Digital al 2030 dirigido al ciudadano".

“Esta nueva política nos permitirá dotar de Internet a más de 33 millones de peruanas y peruanos, vincular la economía digital a la reactivación y la competitividad del país, fortalecer el talento digital de nuestros compatriotas, incentivar la cultura de innovación, entre otros”, afirmó durante su participación en la VII Cumbre Ministerial de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de las Américas.

Subrayó que desde que asumió el gobierno se estableció como prioridad del Estado peruano la transformación digital con equidad, garantizando un acceso inclusivo en beneficio de todos nuestros compatriotas.

“Son varios los pasos que hemos dado en los últimos tiempos y hoy la ejecución de los principales proyectos de transformación digital en el Estado peruano se sigue consolidando”, remarcó.

Precisó que a la fecha hemos superado 4 000 millones de atenciones en la plataforma digital única gob.pe y se han implementado más de 10 000 servicios digitales de orientación de esta plataforma, lo que ha generado ahorros por más de 9 000 millones de soles para el país.

En otro momento, destacó que el Perú escaló 12 posiciones en el indicador de digitalización de las Naciones Unidas y ocupa el primer puesto a nivel mundial en el indicador de datos abiertos, junto a otras 10 economías. Además, agregó, que el país se ubica en el segundo lugar en América Latina y El Caribe en participación ciudadana digital.

“Estos resultados constituyen un reconocimiento al esfuerzo del sector público, privado, la sociedad civil, la academia, la cooperación internacional y la ciudadanía, porque la transformación digital es un proceso irreversible y un objetivo de Estado”, puntualizó.

Finalmente, aseveró que a julio del 2026 los niños y niñas del Perú tendrán una educación de calidad con conectividad adecuada en sus escuelas, que les permita acceder a contenidos digitales acordes con sus necesidades.

At another point, he highlighted that Peru climbed 12 positions in the United Nations digitization indicator and ranks first worldwide in the open data indicator, along with 10 other economies. In addition, he added, the country ranks second in Latin America and the Caribbean in digital citizen participation.

“These results constitute recognition of the efforts of the public and private sectors, civil society, academia, international cooperation and citizens, because digital transformation is an irreversible process and a State objective,” he pointed out.

Finally, he asserted that by July 2026, the boys and girls of Peru will have a quality education with adequate connectivity in their schools, which allows them to access digital content according to their needs.
