Con García Birimisa y Lazarte Castillo se completa el Gabinete Ministerial que encabeza Pedro Angulo Arana.
El nuevo ministro de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo es abogado de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, con amplia experiencia en el sector público y privado.
Por su parte, Lazarte Castillo es economista de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, con trayectoria en gestión pública e inversión en infraestructura.
