En medio de una gran expectativa, el gobernador regional de Ayacucho, Wilfredo Oscorima Núñez, asumió funciones para el periodo 2023-2026, luego de jurar al cargo ante las principales autoridades de la región y con presencia de los alcaldes electos provinciales, distritales y personalidades, que se dieron cita a esta trascendental ceremonia.

Wilfredo Oscorima Núñez, gobernador del Bicentenario, tras la asunción del cargo, tomó juramento a la vicegobernadora regional, Tania Vila Sosa y luego a los 17 consejeros regionales, quienes posteriormente participaron de la sesión de instalación y apertura del Consejo Regional de Ayacucho para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2023.

Previo a su discurso, la primera autoridad regional, pidió un minuto de silencio por las víctimas de los hechos ocurridos el 15 de diciembre del año pasado y exigió justicia para sus deudos. “Exijo una investigación exhaustiva y se castigue a quienes son responsables de este hecho”, mencionó.

Luego prosiguió: “Señoras y señores exactamente hace 12 años; un día como hoy, asumí mi primer gobierno. Lo hice con la ilusión de cambiar nuestro pueblo. Hoy que asumo mi tercer mandato lo hago con la gran responsabilidad de cumplir mi promesa electoral: erradicar la pobreza de Ayacucho con miras del Bicentenario. El 2011 hemos sentado las bases de una mejor región. Se construyeron obras emblemáticas como nunca visto en nuestro pueblo, en salud, educación, infraestructuras de riego y vías de comunicación. Hubo una reducción significativa de desnutrición y anemia infantil. Sin embargo; estos últimos años, hubo un retroceso por una sola causa: Incapacidad de gestión. Pero no vamos a caer en el derrotismo, veamos el futuro con optimismo y esperanza. Ha llegado el momento en el que todos los ayacuchanos tengamos la oportunidad de prosperar. Para ello necesitamos unirnos para salir adelante”, precisó.

Después añadió: “Vivimos momentos difíciles, pero lo superaremos porque somos un pueblo que no se rinde ante las adversidades. A pesar de la crisis social y política que estamos atravesando, mi desafío es sacar lo antes posible de la situación en la que nos encontramos; combatir el hambre y la pobreza serán la prioridad de mi gobierno. Si bien el desafío es grande yo sé el camino que debemos recorrer para alcanzar este objetivo. Tengo la responsabilidad de honrar mi palabra. Derrotar la pobreza con miras al Bicentenario”, finalizó.

Luego de la ceremonia las nuevas autoridades se mostraron ante las autoridades y la población, que con palmas y vítores ovacionaron a las nuevas autoridades regionales, deseándoles éxitos en su gestión.
