Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El gobernador regional de Puno en Perú, el Consejo Regional y los alcaldes de las municipalidades provinciales exigen el cese inmediato de la represión con arma de fuego, por parte del gobierno, y piden la renuncia a la presidencia de la nación de Dina Boluarte, ya son casi medio centenar de muertos civiles inocentes, asesinados por franco tiradores del gobierno actual en la gran nación Inca.

Frente a los últimos hechos suscitados en la Ciudad de Juliaca, damos a conocer a la Ciudadanía, el siguiente pronunciamiento:
PRIMERO: En un estado democrático, las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional son instituciones que prestan protección y ayuda a las personas y a la comunidad. Sin embargo, en los últimos acontecimientos, estas instituciones han actuado en contra de las voluntades sociales. Por lo que solicitamos la inmediata intervención de la Defensoría del Pueblo, del Ministerio Público y de los organismos internacionales competente para que puedan velar y exigir el respeto a los derechos fundamentales de la persona.

SEGUNDO: Exhortamos a la Policía Nacional del Perú y a las Fuerzas Armadas, a no incurrir en el uso arbitrario o ilegítimo de la fuerza, hecho que no ha sido tomado en cuenta por estas instituciones quienes utilizan proyectiles de guerra, han enlutado a más de 17 familias y 73 ciudadanos heridos, según el último reporte emitido por la Red de Salud de San Román, con quienes nos solidarizamos expresando nuestras condolencias y sentimiento de dolor.

TERCERO: Exigimos en la Región de Puno y en el país, el cese de la violencia indiscriminada, el trato inhumano y el uso abusivo de armas de fuego contra la Ciudadanía de la Región de Puno. Por lo cual exigimos la renuncia inmediata de Dina Boluarte a la Presidencia de la República, y la pronta convocatoria a elecciones a nivel Nacional considerando que es el clamor de la totalidad del Pueblo.

Faced with the latest events in the City of Juliaca, we inform the Citizens of the following statement:
FIRST: In a democratic state, the Armed Forces and the National Police are institutions that provide protection and help to individuals and the community. However, in recent events, these institutions have acted against the will of society. Therefore, we request the immediate intervention of the Ombudsman, the Public Ministry and the competent international organizations so that they can ensure and demand respect for the fundamental rights of the person.

SECOND: We urge the National Police of Peru and the Armed Forces not to incur in the arbitrary or illegitimate use of force, a fact that has not been taken into account by these institutions who use war projectiles, have mourned more than 17 families and 73 injured citizens, according to the latest report issued by the San Román Health Network, with whom we stand in solidarity by expressing our condolences and feelings of pain.
