Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El presidente del Consejo de ministros, Alberto Otárola, sostuvo una reunión con gobernadores regionales de distintas jurisdicciones, con el fin de mantener un espacio de articulación intergubernamental e impulsar obras prioritarias para la población en cada una de las regiones.

En el encuentro, el premier resaltó la voluntad de concertación del Gobierno, expresada ya en las Rondas de Diálogo con las bancadas del Congreso de la República y añadió que este trabajo en conjunto se reflejará también en la labor con los gobernadores regionales.

En ese sentido, destacó que el Gobierno de la presidenta constitucional Dina Boluarte ha dispuesto una dinámica de trabajo con las regiones, por la cual se ha designado a un ministro coordinador para cada región. Ello para gestionar directamente con los gobernadores regionales y hacer un seguimiento de los acuerdos a los que se llegue con el Ejecutivo.

De ese modo, el titular de Educación ha sido designado a la región Amazonas; mientras que el titular del MIMP, gestionará con la región Áncash; Minem con Apurímac, Cusco y Loreto; MTC con Arequipa y Cajamarca; Minsa con Ayacucho y Mincul con Huancavelica.

También se dispuso que el titular del Midagri coordine con Huánuco y Pasco; mientras que MVCS gestionará con Ica, Produce con La Libertad y Lambayeque; Midis con Lima; Minam con Madre de Dios, San Martín y Ucayali; MTPE con Moquegua y Tacna, mientras que el Mincetur coordinará con Piura; el Minjus con Puno y el MRREE con Tumbes. Asimismo, se dispuso que el Mincul y el MEF se encarguen de coordinar con la región Junín.

“Los gobernadores han expresado la prioridad de sus regiones, que el Gobierno tiene plenamente identificadas. Se ha ofrecido el apoyo decidido, sobre todo, para aquellos proyectos de agua, desagüe, saneamiento, salud y educación, que son las prioridades del Ejecutivo”, manifestó el premier Alberto Otárola, tras recordar que el discurso de investidura ante el Congreso fue dividido también en ejes aplicativos por cada región.

Recalcó que se ha acordado realizar reuniones ejecutivas periódicas, con cero burocracia, para identificar los proyectos que están trabados y darles impulso. “Sobre todo, para hacernos cargo de tres proyectos emblemáticos por cada región y encargarnos, como Ejecutivo, de impulsarlos, con el apoyo político y la espalda financiera necesaria”, dijo.

Asimismo, manifestó que también se abordó la necesidad de generar las condiciones de tranquilidad que requieren los 33 millones de peruanos, con el fin de llevar al Perú al desarrollo y poner en marcha los más de 2 600 proyectos que, lamentablemente, están trabados en las regiones.

En la reunión participaron los gobernadores regionales de Pasco, Áncash, Ucayali, Huánuco, Tumbes, San Martín, Ayacucho, Loreto y Callao, quienes dieron a conocer algunas de las principales preocupaciones y prioridades en sus jurisdicciones, además de resaltar el nuevo estilo de puertas abiertas del Gobierno.

También participaron la ministra de Salud, Rosa Gutiérrez, así como el viceministro de Gobernanza Territorial, José Alberto Muro, la nueva directora ejecutiva de Reconstrucción con Cambios, Rosmary Cornejo, y la jefa del Gabinete de Asesores, Claudett Delgado.
