Con una inversión de S/ 3.5 millones Ministerio de Vivienda dotará de agua a cerca de 5 mil pobladores de Manseriche en Loreto.

Así lo anunció, el viceministro de Construcción y Saneamiento, Hugo Ortega Polar, quien precisó que la obra demandará una inversión de S/ 3.5 millones y será ejecutado por el Programa Nacional de Saneamiento Rural (PNSR).

“Luego de realizar los respectivos diagnósticos de campo, se ha logrado elaborar el diseño de un sistema de baja complejidad, mediante la implementación de 1023 módulos de agua de lluvia familiar, con una inversión de más de 3.5 millones de soles, para dar atención a más de 4900 pobladores de 24 comunidades de Manseriche”, destacó.

Ortega Polar dijo también que se realizará la evaluación técnica para dotar del mismo sistema a 23 comunidades del distrito de Morona, para lo cual el Ministerio de Vivienda contratará a 2 profesionales a fin de brindar la asistencia en la elaboración de los expedientes técnicos de agua y saneamiento, tanto en Manseriche como en Morona.

Asimismo, mencionó que su sector se compromete a la firma de un convenio con la municipalidad de Manseriche a fin de facilitar maquinaria pesada para el mejoramiento de la transitabilidad en calles y vías de este distrito del Datem del Marañón.

El viceministro de Construcción y Saneamiento hizo estos anuncios durante su participación en la reunión de Alto Nivel Multisectorial para informar sobre los avances y logros obtenidos en la implementación de proyectos de desarrollo integral de los pueblos indígenas u originarios, comunidades rurales y centros poblados de Manseriche y de Morona, en la región Loreto.

En representación del Poder Ejecutivo, también asistieron los ministros de Cultura, Leslie Urteaga; de Energía y Minas, Óscar Vera, y de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Julio Demartini. Además, funcionarios de la PCM, Educación, Transportes y Comunicaciones, y Desarrollo Agrario y Riego.

Asimismo, estuvieron presentes los alcaldes de Manseriche, Wagner Musoline, y de Morona, Billarva López, así como dirigentes y miembros de centros poblados y comunidades indígenas de ambas localidades.

Ortega Polar also said that a technical evaluation will be carried out to provide the same system to 23 communities in the Morona district, for which the Ministry of Housing will hire 2 professionals to provide assistance in the preparation of technical files for water and sanitation, both in Manseriche and Morona.

He also mentioned that his sector is committed to signing an agreement with the Manseriche municipality in order to provide heavy machinery to improve trafficability in streets and roads in this district of Datem del Marañón.

The Vice Minister of Construction and Sanitation made these announcements during his participation in the Multisectoral High Level meeting to report on the progress and achievements obtained in the implementation of projects for the comprehensive development of indigenous or native peoples, rural communities and populated centers of Manseriche and Morona, in the Loreto region.
