En esta oportunidad de inicios del 2023 el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE) acaba de publicar la lista de los 3 000 jóvenes que accederán este año a la Beca Jóvenes Bicentenario de capacitación, con el objetivo de lograr su inserción en el mercado laboral formal. De otro lado según informó el portafolio del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE), las becas fueron distribuidas de la siguiente manera: 1 525 de ellas fueron destinadas al curso de ejecutivo de ventas y atención al cliente; 825 al de operario de almacén; 575 al de cajero comercial y 75, al curso de asesor comercial para ventas telefónicas.

CURSO DE EJECUTIVO DE VENTAS Y ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE
Las personas que llevarán el curso de ejecutivo de ventas y atención al cliente desarrollarán competencias digitales en alianza con Microsoft, cognitivas, socioemocionales (como la comunicación, trabajo en equipo, resolución de conflictos); de integración al mercado laboral, entre otras. Asimismo, obtendrán competencias para aplicar técnicas de venta, promoción de los productos y trato a los clientes.

CURSO DE OPERARIO DE ALMACÉN
Quienes serán capacitados en el curso de operario de almacén aprenderán técnicas de recepción, desplazamiento y orden de los bienes que ingresan a un almacén, respetando las normas de seguridad, higiene industrial, así como organizar los productos, clasificándolos y codificándolos según tipo y características.

CURSO DE CAJERO COMERCIAL
Los jóvenes que eligieron la capacitación como cajero comercial, podrán organizar la apertura del punto de caja asignado, efectuar el cierre y arqueo de caja, aplicar técnicas de conteo y detección de billetes y monedas falsas, aplicar medidas de seguridad para prevenir fraudes, entre otras actividades vinculadas a la labor.

CURSO DE ASESOR COMERCIAL DE VENTAS
Finalmente, los que accedieron a la capacitación como asesor comercial de ventas por teléfono podrán utilizar eficazmente herramientas tecnológicas, técnicas de comunicación digital y base de datos, integrar conocimientos, buenas prácticas y estrategias de venta y preventa de servicios o productos por teléfono, aplicar conocimientos, técnicas de inteligencia emocional en la atención al cliente, y otras acciones similares.
