Del total de títulos, 3673 corresponden a viviendas y 27 a equipamiento urbano, como postas de salud, centros educativos, parques, jardines, entre otros, que beneficiarán a 13690 habitantes de Ayabaca, Huancabamba, Morropón, Paita, Piura, Sechura, Sullana y Talara.

El evento se desarrolló en la Institución Educativa INA 54, en el distrito de Tambogrande, donde se dieron cita decenas de familias de diversos centros poblados de Piura, quienes recibieron sus títulos de propiedad en medio de un ambiente festivo y de mucha emoción.

La ministra Pérez de Cuéllar resaltó que el documento les da a las familias, no solo seguridad jurídica sobre sus predios y la protección de poder dejarlo en herencia a sus hijos, sino también la posibilidad de acceder a un crédito para mejorar sus hogares y calidad de vida.

Destacó también que es la entrega más grande de títulos de propiedad que hace el Ministerio de Vivienda, a través de COFOPRI, en los dos meses de gestión que lleva al frente de esa cartera.

“Más que títulos de propiedad, son un título de esperanza, porque a partir de ahora, (con este documento), tendrán seguridad jurídica sobre sus casas y además la posibilidad de obtener un crédito para mejorar sus viviendas o emprender un negocio que les permita optimizar la economía familiar”, expresó.

MESA TÉCNICA
De otro lado, la titular de Vivienda anunció que la próxima semana se instalará en Piura una mesa técnica, con participación del gobierno regional, municipios provinciales y distritales, para la aceleración y destrabe de proyectos contemplados en el plan regional de agua y saneamiento.

Por su parte, el viceministro de Construcción y Saneamiento, Milko Ortega, anunció que ya está en ejecución el proyecto de construcción del sistema de agua potable y letrinas en los centros poblados Zapatas, El Carbón, Malingas Grande, San Martín de Malingas, en Tambogrande, por un valor de más de S/ 10 millones y que beneficiará a más de 1300 pobladores.

Informó también que, la obra de rehabilitación del servicio de agua potable en la localidad de Tambogrande, está en ejecución a un 95% y la prioridad es que esta se culmine lo más pronto posible.

En la ceremonia de entrega de títulos de propiedad también estuvieron presentes la congresista María Cruz Zeta; el alcalde provincial de Piura, Gabriel Madrid; el alcalde de Tambogrande, Segundo Meléndez, entre otras autoridades.
