Tres distritos de Lima se modernizarán, obras de pistas, veredas y parques por más de S/ 7.64 millones, informó MVCS.

En Los Olivos se ejecutarán tres proyectos de inversión, uno de los cuales comprende la renovación de pistas, veredas, rampas vehiculares, sardineles y áreas verdes en la urbanización Santa Luisa II Etapa, en beneficio de 1528 habitantes. La obra demandará una inversión de S/ 2,536.417.

En este mismo distrito, con una partida de S/2,385,590, se ejecutarán trabajos de mejoramiento de movilidad urbana en las vías internas del asentamiento humano 19 de Mayo, para el bienestar de 1844 habitantes.

Además, se renovarán las pistas, veredas, sardineles, rampas peatonales y vehiculares, así como áreas verdes de la avenida Venus, en el tramo comprendido entre los jirones Chasquis y Júpiter, en la urbanización El Trébol II Etapa. El proyecto, que beneficiará a 376 vecinos, demandará una inversión de más de S/ 1.21 millones.

Asimismo, el Ministerio de Vivienda destinó 1 millón 45 mil 675 soles para el mejoramiento de la transitabilidad peatonal y vehicular en las avenidas Malecón de La Amistad y Las Lomas en el distrito de El Agustino, en beneficio de 2896 habitantes.

En tanto, con un presupuesto de S/ 458,587.79, se desarrollarán trabajos de mejoras del espacio recreacional del parque N°1 Mirador de Las Delicias de Villa, en Chorrillos, que comprende la intervención en veredas, áreas verdes, sardineles, así como la renovación de luminarias solares y bancas, para el uso y sano esparcimiento de 367 vecinos.

El Ministerio de Vivienda, a través del Programa Mejoramiento Integral de Barrios (PMIB) suscribió, por separado, los respectivos convenios con los alcaldes de Los Olivos, Felipe Castillo Oliva; El Agustino, Richard Soria Fuerte; y de Chorrillos, Fernando Velasco Huamán, para canalizar la transferencia de los recursos destinados a los referidos proyectos que serán ejecutados por sus comunas en sus respectivos distritos.
