Durante la actividad, destacó la importancia de promover más mujeres líderes para el sindicalismo.

“Es un enorme honor visitar la casa de la CTP. Hoy, en momentos que vivimos la tercera década del siglo XXI, el problema del empleo femenino sigue siendo tema de debate. Qué bueno encontrar en la CTP un espacio donde se promueve el sindicalismo femenino. Es importante promover más mujeres líderes para el sindicalismo”, recalcó Adrianzén.

“Debemos recuperar el espacio que merece la mujer peruana al frente de los gremios, de las instituciones públicas del país. La política como el sindicalismo, tiene en ese importante contingente de guerreras, de luchadoras sociales, esa reserva moral que permitirá que el Perú se transforme en una sociedad democrática” resaltó.

Reflexionó sobre la importancia de promover un sindicalismo responsable, democrático, libre, que comprenda la realidad perfectamente y actúe sobre valores.

EN EL CALLAO: “Mujer, trabajo y diálogo Social 2023”.
El titular del Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE), Alfonso Adrianzén, también asistió al foro “Mujer, trabajo y diálogo Social 2023”, organizado por la Dirección General de Trabajo del Callao, con apoyo de la Secretaria Técnica del Consejo Nacional de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, realizado en el Auditorio de la Corte Superior del Callao.

Adrianzén, afirmó que es necesario generar políticas públicas en beneficio de la mujer, a fin de enfrentar las taras históricas que impiden el desarrollo de este importante sector poblacional del país.

“Muchas mujeres en el Perú están desempleadas, hay quienes viven en la informalidad, tenemos amas de casa cuyo trabajo es invisibilizado. Esto tiene que cambiar. Necesitamos acciones políticas para el cambio. Que todas las mujeres desde sus espacios laborales, junten esfuerzos y nos den la fortaleza para avanzar desde las políticas públicas en el tema mujer. Queremos un país que crece y no uno dividido por mensajes del odio. Ese no es el Perú que necesitamos”, aseveró.

El ministro precisó que en nuestro país existen taras como el machismo, que no entiende las diferencias y las necesidades de las mujeres, lo cual alienta la violencia y debilita la democracia. Necesitamos un Perú reforzado en sus valores, donde la mujer tiene que asumir protagonismo para que no ganen menos que los varones, no sufran discriminación ni sean acosadas en su centro de trabajo. “Las mujeres no acceden a puestos de dirección con facilidad. Eso debe cambiar”, enfatizó.

De otro lado, el ministro coordinó acciones con el gobernador regional del Callao, Ciro Castillo, para desarrollar los programas de empleo temporal o las Ferias del Empleo para la población más vulnerable de esa región, de las zonas de El Cercado, Ventanilla o Mi Perú. “Que sea donde la gente más necesite, ahí debemos ir”, indicó.

Por su parte, Ciro Castillo, agradeció el apoyo del ministro Adrianzén y saludó por el Día de la Mujer a todas las peruanas.

En la actividad participaron, además del ministro y el gobernador del Callao, mujeres trabajadoras, sindicalistas y representantes de gremios que intercambiaron experiencias a nivel nacional y regional para fortalecer la participación de las mujeres en los espacios de diálogo sociolaborales y generar compromisos frente a las brechas de género y retos existentes en el mundo laboral.
