Mandataria Boluarte lidera cruzada cívica “Con Punche Perú Solidario: Actuemos todos” en apoyo a damnificados por lluvias.

“Hoy el país nos necesita a todas y todos. Este es un momento para la unidad, para el esfuerzo colectivo y para la solidaridad”, afirmó la mandataria, quien dijo que la cruzada permitirá atender de forma inmediata a los damnificados y, en el corto y mediano plazo, ejecutar las grandes obras para proteger a los pueblos y ciudades e impulsar el desarrollo.

Esta gran cruzada, subrayó, debe encarar esta emergencia, pero también reconstruir el país sobre bases más sólidas, con obras de descolmatación, defensa ribereña, sistemas de drenaje, carreteras, puentes, que sean firmes y sostenibles en el tiempo.

Según detalló, “Con Punche Perú Solidario” incluye a los gobiernos regionales, gobiernos locales, la cooperación internacional, las iglesias, los medios de comunicación, los colegios profesionales, Fuerzas Armadas, Policía Nacional, bomberos, voluntarios y sociedad civil. “Es decir, nos involucra a todas y todos”, enfatizó la jefa de Estado.

La dignataria saludó la participación del sector privado con una donación de más de 500 toneladas de alimentos y agua, maquinaria y operarios, y expresó su confianza en que se sumarán más empresarios, especialmente del sector construcción y transportes.

MEDIDADAS ADICIONALES
En su discurso, la presidenta Boluarte anunció que se incrementarán y reforzarán las Compañías de Intervención Rápida para Desastres de las Fuerzas Armadas para los trabajos de limpieza de calles y drenajes de agua empozada, apertura de zanjas y limpieza de quebradas.

Además, informó que, en el marco del Plan de Acción Multisectorial para el Control y Prevención del Dengue, hoy se iniciará en las regiones del norte las labores de fumigación y recojo y eliminación de inservibles, en coordinación con las autoridades locales.

También recordó que próximamente el Gobierno enviará al Congreso el proyecto de ley para la creación de la Autoridad Nacional de Infraestructura, que se encargará de ejecutar las obras emblemáticas, y de la prevención y control de cuencas para evitar huaicos e inundaciones.

El lanzamiento de la cruzada contó con la asistencia del jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, Alberto Otárola; los ministros de Estado; autoridades regionales y locales, grupos de voluntarios, el jefe del Indeci, Carlos Yáñez; los titulares de Confiep, Alfonso Bustamante, y de la organización Hombro a Hombro, Rosa Asca; además del alcalde de Lima, Rafael López Aliaga , el burgomaestre del Callao, Pedro Spadaro así como el gobernador regional Ciro Castillo y el comandante general de los Bomberos, Luis Ponce La Jara, entre otras autoridades más.

The dignitary welcomed the participation of the private sector with a donation of more than 500 tons of food and water, machinery and operators, and expressed her confidence that more businessmen will join, especially from the construction and transportation sectors.

ADDITIONAL MEASURES
In her speech, President Boluarte announced that the Rapid Disaster Intervention Companies of the Armed Forces will be increased and strengthened for the work of cleaning streets and draining stagnant water, opening ditches and cleaning streams.

In addition, he reported that, within the framework of the Multisectoral Action Plan for the Control and Prevention of Dengue, fumigation and collection and disposal of useless items will begin today in the northern regions, in coordination with local authorities.

He also recalled that the Government will soon send to Congress the bill for the creation of the National Infrastructure Authority, which will be in charge of executing the emblematic works, and the prevention and control of basins to avoid landslides and floods.
