En conferencia de prensa brindada junto a los ministros de Economía, Pedro Francke; y de Ambiente, Rubén Ramírez, la jefa del Gabinete Ministerial, manifestó que han presentado al Parlamento de manera clara las políticas de este gobierno y se ha intentado disipar las dudas de bancadas que no tienen mayor cuestionamiento sobre cuestiones de fondo.

“Queremos ser optimistas de que el Congreso cree que hay que contribuir en la gobernabilidad. Esperamos que mañana de manera objetiva, nos puedan otorgar el voto de confianza que nos permita avanzar para favorecer los temas más urgentes del país”, expresó.

Asimismo, señaló que se evalúa una terna para nombrar al nuevo ministro del Interior y llegar al Congreso con este tema resuelto. “Queremos que quienes estén al frente de las carteras tengan un desempeño adecuado, sean personas idóneas”, añadió.

La titular de la PCM también informó que, al estar cerca de cumplirse los 100 días del gobierno, el presidente de la República brindará un informe el próximo miércoles 10 de noviembre en Ayacucho, donde dará cuenta de los avances en esta etapa y los objetivos a cumplir en los próximos meses y años.

En torno a la norma que dispone el apoyo de las Fuerzas Armadas a la Policía Nacional, informó que es una medida que busca fortalecer la lucha contra la inseguridad ciudadana y no significa que se quiera militarizar Lima y Callao. Precisó que se busca establecer mecanismos específicos donde puedan cooperar las Fuerzas Armadas con la Policía Nacional y encontrar sinergias en lucha contra la inseguridad ciudadana, sin trasgredir las normas vinculadas a los Derechos Humanos.

DEUDAS TRIBUTARIAS
Por su parte, el ministro de Economía y Finanzas, Pedro Francke, informó que en el Consejo de Ministros se ha analizado temas relacionados al proyecto de delegación de facultades para el cobro de las deudas tributarias judicializadas que tiene el Perú, para el cual se ha planteado un conjunto de medidas que buscan acortar el plazo en que se producen las impugnaciones de las deudas tributarias.

Indicó que se está evaluando la situación de la inversión pública, la misma que ha crecido en su ejecución en comparación a años anteriores. “Se ha planteado la necesidad de establecer nuevos mecanismos que permitan mejorar y acelerar la inversión, ya que se ha identificado obras paralizadas”, precisó.

A su turno, el ministro de Ambiente, Rubén Ramírez Mateo destacó la importante participación del Perú en la Conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre el cambio climático COP26, la misma que se desarrolla en Glasgow, Escocia, en donde se analizan y debaten diversas problemáticas ambientales en los países participantes.

“Se está viendo la posibilidad de crear todo un programa para combatir la criminalidad ambiental, la tala ilegal, la deforestación, el tráfico de especies silvestres, el narcotráfico, y todo lo que atente al medio ambiente”, finalizó.
