También reafirmó la voluntad de nuestro país para que Bolivia tenga acceso al Océano Pacífico por el puerto de Ilo (Moquegua), y planteó fortalecer la cooperación para que los agricultores de ambas naciones puedan acceder a fertilizantes, herramientas y tecnología.
